Hotel Kota Jakarta Pusat dengan Spa

The hotel is charming and has a luxurious ambiance, although it lacks certain amenities typically associated with five-star establishments. Guests are offered complimentary beverages upon check-in. The lobby and lounge areas are spacious and adorned with beautiful Indonesian art and décor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. While the location may not be ideal, it is worth noting that few hotels in Jakarta offer a prime location at this price point. The pool appeared inviting, though I did not have the opportunity to use it. Regrettably, the gym was closed during my visit. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and large bathtubs.

Aside from a nice room and a strategic location, Leona at the reception was very friendly and professional during my stay in the hotel! Would def come back for the price.

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

The best hotel ever!!! The food at hotel very good and has many choices. All the staffs are very friendly. Pak Darrin/Derrin so nice to us since 1stime we meet him. Live music and the singer voice very good!! He sang our fav song from Afghan. Will recommend this hotel to our family and friends and insyaAllah will come again.

I vacation with family .. the facilities of hotel in mulia senayan very beautiful.. especially at fitness center . This hotel have very big fitness center and many complete equipment and have tennis court I really enjoyed .. very big thanks for staff Ridwan and sukarmin very helpful. Thank you

Old Room in Need of Refurbishment The advertised photos for this accommodation are definitely for illustration purposes only. The room itself is quite old and in serious need of refurbishment. The lighting situation was also disappointing—some of the lights were broken, leaving the room feeling dim and uncomfortable. One particularly frustrating feature was the poorly placed charging point at the dressing table. The plug was installed so low and so close to the attached table that it was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, basic amenities were provided, and the location is convenient. There are a few warungs just across the street, and it's a walkable distance to nearby malls, which was helpful. Overall, while the location is decent, the state of the room and the awkward setup left a lot to be desired.

Comfortable bed n pillow.. Large toilet.. Excellent receptionist.. Near to convinient store.. Near to masjid istiqlal but not by walking distance

Very good swimming pool area. Room is very comfy and spacious. We ordered butter chicken from Room Service and it was very delicious. At the lobby, receptionists offered cookies which is very nice gesture.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang sangat baik di Jakarta selama 4 hari 3 malam untuk perjalanan hari jadi kami. Terima kasih kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan pasukan perhubungan tetamu kerana membuat kejutan ini berlaku dengan lukisan yang menarik di dalam bilik❤️. Sarapan pagi mereka sedap walaupun hanya hotel 3 bintang, tetapi tidak mengapa, kami sangat menikmatinya! Namun, kami tidak boleh tidur lena pada malam pertama kerana terdapat beberapa getaran telefon di sekitar tengah malam. Oleh itu, kami memutuskan untuk menaik taraf bilik dan ia adalah bilik yang lebih baik dan luas. Sangat menghargai semua pekerja telah memberikan layanan yang mesra. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I would to compliment the hotel for having beautiful people around to serve the guests especially Anisanurul whom spent to time to ensure guests are having wonderful time staying in the hotel! Thanks to Angiel who is kind to serve us at front desk!
