I booked a one-night stay in a sea-view room, which included breakfast for two, and tickets to the aquarium and water park. I was traveling with my parents, making us three people, so the third person needed to pay an additional 600 RMB, which also included the entrance tickets and breakfast. Upon check-in, the concierge added us on WeChat. Mermaid Yuki's service was truly excellent and very thoughtful! She provided all sorts of tips and guides on how to make the most of our stay at the hotel. Her explanations were incredibly detailed. We even received a welcome gift. The next morning, we chose to dine at the Saffron restaurant. We went at 8:30 AM, and it wasn't too crowded yet. The food selection was really extensive – highly recommended! Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The service was warm, attentive, and responsive. The hotel environment was also lovely; finally, we saw some blue skies!

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main shopping district is within walking distance, and there's ample parking, so driving was stress-free. Our room had an amazing view; we could enjoy a beautiful sea view right from our window. The environment was clean and elegant, and all the facilities were complete and brand new, including a fridge in the room which was handy for storing drinks. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym, both of high quality, perfect for leisure and exercise. The service was particularly attentive and thoughtful, always warm, meticulous, and quick to respond. When we first checked into a standard room, we were affected by construction noise from a municipal project. After providing feedback, the hotel immediately arranged to move us to a king-size room. Their handling was efficient and their attitude sincere. The new room was quiet and comfortable, making our experience truly excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The room was spacious enough for my child to run around without feeling cramped, and it was easy to see the ocean. There's a beach right downstairs from the apartment building, so my child loved playing in the sand and water every day and didn't want to leave. Coming back for a hot shower afterwards was super comfortable. The place was clean and odorless. Definitely a top choice for families with kids!

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu and it looked so beautiful. It's very close to the beach, and it's an easy walk to the bars at night, where there are lots of people singing by the beach. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; as soon as you close the windows, there's no music noise. The ambiance was incredible! We bought two fireworks, and many people joined us in setting them off. Palm trees, fireworks, the beach, and waves – the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers shuttle service, and walking to places is also very convenient. The service attitude was super good. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends next time. The hotel's pool also makes for amazing photos.

It boasts stunning waterfront views, offering picturesque scenery right from the window. It's also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to access various popular attractions. Getting around is a breeze, seamlessly blending natural beauty with urban convenience. The room is fully equipped with excellent facilities, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The complimentary toiletries are also high-end and smell wonderful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely suggest it to my friends and family.

Extremely satisfied! For my Sanya trip, I booked both the Hilton and the MGM, and the MGM experience far exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a prime location in Yalong Bay, with its gardens and ocean views beautifully complementing each other. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the balcony opens directly onto the azure sea. The service team is professional and attentive, with thoughtful details at every turn. The waffles at the restaurant were delicious, the outdoor pool was exquisitely designed, and the kids' water park was filled with laughter. In the evening, strolling along the private beach to watch the sunset was incredibly romantic. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and you could enjoy a drink while taking in the views at night. Whether you're a family with kids, a romantic couple, or friends traveling together, this place can fulfill all your vacation dreams. With excellent facilities, service, and environment, it truly is the top choice for a Sanya getaway! I'll definitely be back.

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. The hotel is located in the quieter area of wenchang, but very accessible with taxi (didi), taking 15-20 mins to get to the main city center. All rounded facilities including gym and swimming pool. Hotel staffs were helpful, friendly and professional, especially Raja, who provided exceptional care and attention to me and my family. Thank you Raja!
