Hotel Dengan Pools di Hainan, China

My friend and I booked a twin room with two single beds side by side for an excellent price. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with separate rooms and separate bathrooms which was such a surprise and so lovely. Our receptionist Wuyan was very kind and offered excellent service answering any questions and showing patience when we could not speak the local language. We had a view of the pool and the harbour surrounded by mountains and tropical greenery. We are a very short walk to Dadonghai beach. We had a fantastic trip, thank you!

The hotel’s advertisement is misleading. It shows that there is a kids water park and infinity pool. The kids water park is not at the Hilton. It’s at another location and you have to pay for it. The infinity pool is only if you book a suite. The manager there said we can look at it but it was dirty and have not been cleaned for awhile. I booked 2 nights. I request with the manager to cancel the 2nd night. She said I need to request through trip.com. I submitted a request to cancel the 2nd night and no one responded to me.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Had a really comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had a very beautiful balcony view. The only gripe is that the shower cleanliness feels a little lacking, there was quite abit of grime on the walls and floors. Morning breakfast options a little lacking in variety. You will feel bored by the 2nd day. Heated pool is not really a pool.. more of a hot tub. So if you are expecting to do laps, please manage your expectation. Want to say thanks to 小张, she was very helpful through our stay.

All good. Shuttle to airport really helps. Getting from the airport to the hotel requires extra effort. Prepare Chinese name and address of the hotel in advance. The hotel is not on the maps as it is quite new.

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

Our honeymoon at Atlantis Sanya was truly unforgettable, and it’s all thanks to our amazing butler, Farhana. What touched us most was her genuine friendliness and heart-warming kindness. In Korea, we are used to polite service, but Farhana offered something much more personal—a sincere connection that made us feel so special and cared for. Even though our English isn't perfect, she was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to understand us. When she found out it was our honeymoon, she surprised us with a beautiful cake and a lovely swan decoration on the bed. It was such a touching gesture! She also ensured we could enjoy the hotel facilities to the fullest until the very last moment of our stay. To our surprise, she even prepared thoughtful gifts for us to take home at checkout. Her professional yet warm-hearted service made our honeymoon perfect. We are leaving with beautiful memories and will definitely be back. Thank you, Farhana! 시간이 부족해서 물놀이는 못했는데, 아쿠아리움이나 수영장보다는 워터파크가 굉장히 좋아보였습니다. 매우 추천합니다.

The hotel is far from downtown but its very close the sea although no beach there still can walk around and cycleing it's beautiful and nice, about hotel the breakfast is good service is excellent GRM Raja arranged our rooms very well cleanliness of the hotel is good we will stay if we come to wechang thanks to Raja and his team mates!

Amazing beachfront location with a very elegant design and an extremely attentive and welcoming staff. They were reaching out proactively about included services available, as e.g, tge free airport shuttle (both ways) or a complimentary photo session by a prorfessionak photographer by the superstylish hotel pool. The hotel is located in the pictoresque little town ow Tianya, only 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance to the beautiful Tianya- Haijao Scenic Area.
