Bilik yang indah dengan pemandangan laut, hiasan yang menarik, peralatan tempat tidur yang baik, persekitaran yang tenang, pantai yang indah di hadapan hotel. Ruang kecil di sekeliling kolam renang, bufet sarapan pagi yang ringan, anjing liar di pantai dengan mudah memasuki kawasan hotel.

Satu-satunya resort di pantai yang besar. Pemandangan matahari terbenam yang hebat. Seluruh kakitangan sangat ramah dan akomodatif. Makanannya sangat lazat dan segar. Sarapan yang disertakan adalah hebat dan terutamanya croissant segar adalah hebat. Kami berasa sangat selesa dan juga melanjutkan penginapan kami.

Perfect resort for a relaxing getaway! Loved the stunning views especially of the ocean. Restaurant served delicious food and options were aplenty. The one bedroom villa had a private pool which is perfect for a quiet and relaxing dip. Room is clean and spacious too. Spa and restaurant provided excellent services too. We will definitely be back!

very far away from the city, good if you want quietness and peace. Massages were good and staff were friendly. Also got to enjoy fresh fish caught that day

We cannot say anything bad about this accommodation. It was an outstanding stay at the amber. We got picked up, felt very welcome, amazing and very fair prices for the meals. We stayed almost the entire time here because it was so nice. You will have the beach for yourself. For people who look for a peaceful nice stay, it is a good choice.

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok

This was our third time vising Amber. The location is idyllic, peaceful and very beautiful. The beach is almost always deserted. We enjoy the tropical setting, the food, the remoteness but most of all the staff. All of the staff at Amber are so friendly, so warm and so committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay that being there always feels like its our "home away from home". A special thanks to Ardi, Ripi and to the smiling Rani on the front desk who is always so professional and helpful with great English - an invaluable member of the team! Absolutely loved our stay here at Amber. So much so that we booked another 2 nights. Staff from reception, room attendants to restaurant and bar, were all wonderful and couldn't do enough for us the whole stay. Above and beyond. Beautiful beach to swim. Great pool next to restaurant on beach. Rooms lovely 45 mins from airport. 25 to Kuta and Mandalika. Quite and peaceful.

I love this hotel! Spotless clean, the beds were comfy and the space was huge. The room and hotel design is simple but modern. I love that. The room that i got is abit pricey but seriously it’s worth every penny. Definitely recommend this if you plan to visit Lombok.

We had an excellent stay at Amber for 5 nights in a beach pool villa. The staff are simply amazing and couldn’t do enough to please. Service was very good and attentive. We researched a lot before booking and were a little nervous about some of the historic reviews regarding the food but honestly every meal we had was excellent! Of course there is not much around so will need a car or tour to explore but we knew this and rented bikes from the hotel for the day. Would certainly recommend Amber to friends who are looking for a quiet break on Lombok with excellent service, great food and good value
