I am extremely disappointed with Suzette's overall conduct even more so after a meeting on the 14th of February which she was not invited to and it just highlighted the type of person she is. Her behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking integrity. She was blatantly rude and dishonest. A clear example of Suzette’s unacceptable behavior occurred when she stood on entrance to bedroom doors, pointed her finger at me, and I witnessed it firsthand. She did this behind your back as the owner, and immediately denied her actions—only to repeat the behavior in your presence the owner and your other staff member. Despite this blatant misconduct, she was not reprimanded. You justified her actions by stating that she was "angry," but the reality is that she was simply caught in her own dishonesty. An individual who lacks integrity and professionalism does not deserve my time or energy, yet her actions warrant attention, what an excuse for a human being. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable, and as the owner, you would benefit from professional training on effective staff and customer management. Your approach should be rooted in fairness and professionalism, free from personal bias. Furthermore, the absence of video footage only raises more concerns about the credibility of this situation. Your decision to defend her blatant dishonesty reflects poorly on the establishment and calls into question the standards of professionalism and accountability under your leadership. This situation reflects poorly on the establishment and warrants immediate attention.
