It's a disgrace... increasingly disappointing. For €66 a room, you don't even get a double bed. The room was dirty, the floor sticky, the walls filthy and moldy, the toilet dirty and covered in limescale, the shower moldy and uncleaned, and to top it all off, there were cockroaches and bedbugs... we got the whole package. And to top it all off, no refund or compensation. The manager has the nerve to say that no one has complained... An inspection is definitely in order... yet several guests have complained about the state of the hotel.

My employee has repeatedly informed me that there are things that aren't right, but nothing is being done... Only a few employees, thankfully, are listening.
