Özellikle yabancı çalışanlar müşteri hizmetleri kalitesi oldukça düşük ,ne dediklerimizi ve istediklerimizi anlamakta güçlük çekiyorlar.Yemek servislerinde personel yetersiz ve enerjileri düşük .Animasyonlarda müzik başta olmak üzere çok şey beklememek gerekir.Bu kadar yüksek puanı alacak fiyat performansı yokmuş.

Odalar temiz, yemeklerine hayran kaldım hepsi aşırı iyi yemek yemekten denize girmeyi unuttuk o derece , keşke iskeledeki fileli yerler de uygun fiyatlı olsaydı görseli muazzam ama çok para isteniyor, genellikle turist ağırlıklı harika bir otel .

I have just came back, and it was exciting holiday, I twice times visited this hotel with my little daughter, main restaurant and food court services were really best of the best, foods, deserts, drinks were very delicious, everywhere were clean, I thankful to Zehra Karataş who cleaned our room every day, and the girls of kids club from Kazakhstan and Russia. All personals of hotel were very sociable with us especially with my daughter ❤️❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU A LOT dear team of Corendon

We have spent 6 nights in Corendon and being back to UK, I can tell that it was an interesting and good experience. Hotel is clean and well maintained. A huge variety of food for all inclusive option. We could find a lot to try and were not disappointed. I was surprised that there are a lot of Russian speaking guests, very well behaved. Too many stereotypes. Security guys... Applause to them. We felt us safe all the time. Reception and accommodation team... Everyone friendly and polite, always there to help. And the last. A great thank you to Yasin, a guy from restaurant team. His smile and professionalism is a huge credit to hotel. Definitely will be back

We returned after visiting in April, both times were out of season so it was more peaceful, as a returning guest they very kindly left us a fruit bowl and bottle of red wine which we thought was a lovely thoughtful gesture. Special thanks to Mehmet the pool bar manager who is outstanding and a great asset to the hotel. Also Uhmed who makes the best cocktails. Thanks for another wonderful holiday 🤗

The first impression of this resort is that it's a great place, very stylish and modern. Overall, however, there are a few pros and cons. Pros: - its own private beach - the furniture in the rooms, restaurants, by the pool is all very modern and well maintained - excellent food, the variety is great and you can choose between the regular restaurant or the food court if you don't want to pay extra. If tour willing to pay extra, then you've got some a la carte options as well. - hygiene is excellent, everything is always very clean; for example, the toilets by the restaurant have plastic wrap around the toilet seat for extra hygiene; all the high chairs for babies are wrapped with cling film after being cleaned and you're offered a bib, wet and dry wipes and a paper to put on the table of the high chair (this really impressed me). - a good selection of little shops, as well as a hairdresser and a doctor's office. Cons: - the loud music. This can really get a bit much most days. The pier plays music from 4pm until midnight and it's not the nice, holiday kind of music. It's the loud, bad DJ remixes. If you're on the beach, you don't really hear the sea from that point (or the person you're with!). By the pool they also play loud music from the morning so sometimes you might get both at the same time depending on where you're sitting. - we arrived late at night and we wanted to take a shower before bed, unfortunately no hot water during the night. - a string cigarette smell in the hotel, I don't know if it was just where we were staying but as soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit by a strong smell... Perhaps people smoke in their rooms? - very few staff speak English. I found this very strange for a holiday resort. They assume you're Russian so start talking to you in Russian. It's hard to get much across in English. - no late check out, although there are some courtesy showers and lockers by the spa which you can use on your last day. - poor WiFi, mine kept disconnecting multiple times in an hour and had to put in the room number and DOB everytime to get it connected again. - the guests, mostly Russian. They're loud, rude, don't know how to queue. - the pool doesn't have gradual steps in, just the rail type stairs which are harder to use by elderly people or children. - the biggest con for us was the room. We decided to not go for a sea view room because all the reviews mentioned the loud music from the pier so we chose a mountain view room instead. However, this was right at the end of the corridor which was facing the pier so what we got was one of the worst rooms we've stayed in and all the music which we didn't need, travelling with a 17 month old toddler who struggled to go to sleep before midnight every night. If you're offered room 1240, don't settle like we did. The balcony is very small and uncomfortable as well so it really does feel like a room which should be kept as an emergency room for overbookings perhaps. Overa

Smallest rooms I have ever been too, distance from the bed to the wall 35 sm, walls made from paper. No water in the room and mini-bar. Loudly buzzing fridge that doesn’t allow you to sleep. Absolutely arrogant managers on the reception, didn’t get the room that I paid for, had to sleep with my mom on the same bed. Awful experience, never again, not recommended.

I loved this hotel , it was set in beautiful surroundings, the mountains and the sea. The staff were really friendly and the food was the best I've had at an all inclusive. You must try the patisserie cakes! We love this place so much we are planning on returning in November. If you are going to kemer I would recommend uber rather than taxi from hotel which was quite pricey. Can't wait to return!
