Additionally, I was surprised to find that I was not served a welcome drink, but instead given a coupon and directed to the bar. While Elisa provided exceptional service with her helpful and friendly demeanor, other staff members appeared distant and failed to offer greetings, which diminished the overall ambiance. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the jacuzzi was initially not functional, and it was only fixed after I brought it to their attention. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a convenient amenity, and I must commend Luis, one of the chauffeurs, for his exceptional service and hospitality. Additionally, the chat service was incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. However, it's important to address some additional areas for improvement. The lobby area felt barren with inadequate lighting, detracting from the overall ambiance. Furthermore, there were inconsistencies in the availability and pricing of amenities, such as swimwear, which was available for rent on one day but offered for purchase at a highly expensive price on other days.
