Mountain view room was amazing ❤️🩷🤩🤩

중심과는 거리가 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 락블랑 가기에는 편리합니다. 서비스는 그다지 좋은편은 아닙니다. 조식을 제공하는것처럼 말하고 먹는 중에 영수증을 놓고 갑니다. 이런상황에 화가난 고객들이 항의하는 모습이 여기저기 보였습니다. 종류도 20유로를 지불할 만큼 다양하지도 맛있지도 않습니다. 바젤 호텔에서 제공한 무료 조식보다도 못합니다.

Cette hôte ne vaut pas c’est 4etoiles!!!! Accueil décevant service zéro pointer !!! Hormis le barman !! Personnel non qualifié surtout le réceptionniste !!!! Je ne conseille pas !!!

Beautiful building, but rooms a bit outdated No air conditioning and a room on the ground floor maening we couldn't leave the window open, when outside temperature was ＞ 30 degres celcius Rails just meters away... The best part was the nice trail near the hotel

Excellent staff, super friendly, clean, fashionable, peaceful. I loved the pool, the servers, the red wine, the spa, and the atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a delicious restaurant and bar. I would stay here again as my retreat in Chamonix.

Avoid - I have stayed in a variety of places in the alps ranging from the cheapest small rooms & hostels through to 4/5 star as I got a little bit older. I never expect perfection but do expect value for the money I pay. Despite prices in chamonix being expensive in context, the money for this hotel does not match the service & I will never return. This is despite breakfast being good and a great view of the mountains. On check in we were given initially the smallest possible room despite paying for a larger one. Eventually we were offered an upgrade after complaining. I have seen this tactic many times in hotels trying to give the worst room to clients who arrive late evening & look happiest & least likely to complain. There were many empty rooms in the hotel and no need to do this to us. The spa: It isn’t a spa, just a sauna and hot tub. 20 euros per person per night for the spa for hotel guests is false advertising. No other hotel does this. For hotel customers it should be free. The hotel restaurant & bar is also far too expensive and many restaurants in chamonix town are cheaper. To give example, most bottles of wine are over 50 euros. A Main course is mostly over 40 euros. A vodka & coke 19 euros (!). These extortionate prices forced us onto the bus every evening where we ironically found far better value at even premium restaurants in chamonix town.

Perfect spot to access the train into town and the ski bus. Great hotel, did feel that breakfast was over priced but our evening meal was good quality and fairly priced. Room was clean and modern with great facilities. Would definitely return!

Visited for skiing. Will certainly go back. Rooms great. Bed extremely comfortable. Food well above average (we had half board - choice was great although maybe less so if you are vegetarian). The staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The hotel is not near other facilities or bars etc - however we had a car with us which proved great for getting to the ski lift car parks (ski bus also stops about 200 yds from hotel). We loved it, even better than we had hoped.

The reception staff are so rude and very unhelpful. The rooms are mediocre the food is barely average. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned I wish I'd read the reviews before we booked We are looking to leave and spend the rest of the holiday in another hotel

Lovely stay at Excelsior recently. All staff were wonderful and made our stay special as we celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday. Always felt like we were in great hands. And when it comes to practicalities: great breakfast options, heated boot room, bus station super close to the hotel to get to the centre of Chamonix and other ski areas. Breakfast views were 👌

Lovely kind and helpful staff Bit of a trek to towns and restaurants but do able Great service in reception and spa. Hotel sauna and steam room was lovely Great ski boot room with boot dryers etc which was an added bonus!

This hotel has so much potential with it’s beautiful Mountain View but unfortunately our one night stay on a 16 night journey was below par. The first thing we noticed, the people were not friendly. And even so we were given misinformation from the hotel staff on which train to get off on for Aigiulle and that we could store our luggage at train station (which we COULD NOT). Thankfully a nice lady at Aigiulle let us keep our luggage there. The location to the train station was nice but if we ever go back to Chamonix we will stay closer to the city center area. The rooms were okay (it was the smallest on our journey) beds weren’t too bed so that was good. Breakfast was okay but dinner was way over priced and the pork had so much fat I couldn’t eat it. The view was the best thing about this hotel.

every thing was just perfect. Comfortable room with very nice decoration, well equipped, nice view, will definitely stay again on this hotel, front disk were super friendly , thank you very much for having us.
