Ulasan Greenleaf Hotel Long Beach Convention Center

The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night. Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway. There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street. I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

+$25 Hidden Fee********Hidden Fees********$25+ The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

爛爛爛，空調不行，不能退訂，2星的酒店怎麼好意思要這種價格的。

離海邊很近，居然用鑰匙開門，好久沒見到了。都挺不錯滴，前台小姐姐挺好看，讓給個好評，那必須給了哈哈哈

和好 就是沒有地方停車

酒店不大，就2層有點像國內的公寓酒店，乾淨還是可以的，衹是還要額外收管理費25刀

The Staff are Excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. There is very limited if no parking at the hotel. The location is close by car (5min or less) to many restaurants, grocery stores, Convention Centre, Queen Mary, small boardwalk and Long Beach. The rooms are neat and clean...I guess you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable, rooms were ok for space, bathrooms were a little tight and stuffy, no exhaust fan. Coffe maker and small fridge in the room is handy. No views from your windows. Parking is extra $20 per day and you have to walk a block to another Hotel's parking space, which is fairly secure. Had to pay an extra $20 per night to get a refurbished room. So I spent $200/night instead of $160 per night...hotel did refunded me $40. The Hotel is ok compared to others in the area, probably fair value.

The hotel is new! This is not a Marriott or upscale hotel but a business type hotel good for 1-2 people for business. Modern new rooms and that’s it

I stayed at this hotel back in November when it was still under construction and things look great. The hotel is very simple, affordable, comfortable, and close to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay when I’m visiting friends and family in LBC

I enjoy my stay the hospitality was nice and clean the staff was wonderful especially Alex what great staff member I recommend anybody to stay at this hotel very beautiful calm vibe I love it

Love the area. Location is near Ocean Blvd, near downtown Long Beach and Shoreline Village. Restaurants and bars are convenient. You can walk to the Long Beach Convention Center, walk to downtown and very close to the beaches. Rooms are clean friendly and accommodating staffs.

I loved how easy everything was from the time I checked in, to the time of departure. Friendly staff 11/10 would stay again.

We stayed here for really Cali vibes. If you just need a room and no lobby or amenities, this is your place. Clean. Safe. Attentive staff.
