Very poor! Not enough for a hotel's basic requirements! Because opening of UIUC, many hotel room has been sold out. we booked this hotel at the highway entrance. the front desk Indian man said that room was no longer available and induced me to upgrade my room for $40 a night, but I refused.( I think he said so, but later the Indian didn't admit it ).Then I contacted Ctrip to refund, Ctrip contact the hotel, and said that the hotel refused to refund the money, saying it could guarantee I can stay in the room I booked. When I returned to the hotel again, the Indian front desk gave me a room with a large and half wet black stain on the bed, and the sheets were all wrinkled, It was very disgusting!Negotiate with the Indian at the front desk again, he said that the room I booked is a smoking room, that's it. I have been booked a smoking room from another hotel before, is basically the same as a non smoking room. The difference is just that the room whether smoking is allowed! I throw the room card to the Indian front desk to check out immediately, even not stay over a minutes !

There appeared to be trucks towing totaled vehicles parked overnight behind the hotel. But the hotel conditions and staff were excellent.

The room was clean and adequate. Public areas were fine. The continental breakfast was basic. Friendly staff.

We were happy with our stay. It provided us an affordable stay while visiting family in town. Close to restaurants and Marketplace Mall.

Nothing is updated, bathroom doors will lock you inside, they have roaches dead and alive everywhere, also have bed bugs bad. i’ve stayed a few times for convenience &price but this last time was the LAST

The area outside is full of shipping containers, looks like a freight terminal but less tidy. The breakfast was pathetic. Coffee tasted like the cardboard box it came in, only cereal and toast and no sugar.
