This hotel is in a great location on campus, had nice staff, and is convenient with free coffees/teas in the lobby and free breakfast. However the room was not clean. The shower had mildew along the edges and the sink was slow to drain and the floor corners need to be cleaned. Luckily the linens and floor were clean so it was acceptable for a couple nights, but overall the cleanliness did not meet expectations.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a standup shower. The overall condition of the hotel is appealing. Indoor pool. Plenty of free parking. Also located close to a busy street that has multiple shops and restaurants that are walking distance. Overall a good stay.

We have been going to Champaign for my daughter's school for the last four years and this was the first time at the hotel. I wish we would have stayed sooner. Beautiful hotel, room, and very nice service staff.

Truly a wonderful experience! The general manager John Hammond assured me and even proved he does his due diligence to ensure the operation hotel is not subpar. During the stay I asked him a question about the pool water temperature and he immediately contacted one of his staff to re confirm that it was indeed at the required temperature before I use it. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, comfortable very spacious up to date rooms, the walk in shower was very elegant and all the amenities were in good working order. The kitchen in the room was very convenient.
