Heartland has the ideal location - just a short walk from the heart of the city, yes the views from the King Chalet room was breathtaking. Thankful to be assigned a very nice corner room for my week’s stay. Interior of the room is kept simple yet comfortable. I had a most unforgettable stay!

Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself. Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night. Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk. Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

Super convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket and lakefront. Lots of free street parking surrounding the hostel. Hostel is well-equipped and very clean. Unfortunately, there were no hair dryers at the toilets and have to be requested from the reception (which closes in the evening).

We stayed here for one night upon touching down at Queenstown in the evening. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a good view of the Remarkables mountain range within sight from our window. There is a cluster of shops and eateries nearby, although they were closed by evening time. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location to explore Dunedin city. Room is large and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. We will be back again.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.

Ini adalah sebuah pondok yang bagus dan lokasinya sangat baik. Malah berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar hanya 10 minit. Walau bagaimanapun, pondok ini termasuk 3 bilik dan setiap bilik untuk 3 atau 4 tetamu. Saya menginap malam dengan keluarga besar ********* mereka tinggal 2 bilik sehingga 6 atau 7 orang. Pada malam Tahun Baru Cina mereka mengadakan makan malam pesta besar sehingga jam 1 pagi. Mereka mengabaikan tetamu lain dan terus membuat bising sepanjang malam. Teruk.

The hotel was great however for the size and experience they are aiming for and the reputation of being operated by the Hilton, the internet speed is subpar and was below my expectations. A speed test returned speeds of 0.03mbps which is not enough for web browsing. I would have hoped for better internet connection given the price and premium segment this hotel competes in.

we chose this place because it's cheaper than staying at wanaka and it's en route to franz joseph. very small town but the rooms are adequate and has a small supermarket within walking distance for your needs but be aware that it closes at 8pm. there is also a restaurant within walking distance for your dinner. the rooms are not massive but adequate for an overnight stay.

Great location and setting - This is a must stay in a warm summers day with excellent outdoor living areas to be enjoyed surrounded by the local water bird life. very little if any road noise.
