The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional. My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

My experience at this upscale hotel was marked by a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the iron in the rooms left black stains on two of my high-quality shirts, causing frustration, the reception staff offered a warm and friendly service that I truly appreciated. On the downside, the staff at Safran seemed less attentive, as I had to prompt them multiple times for orders and payment. When my client, who arrived slightly early, requested to be seated away from the noisy music area to facilitate conversation, it was disappointing that our request could not be accommodated. On the other hand, the breakfast offered a delightful variety and quality. However, the presence of a musician struggling to play the flute was notably irritating. The hotel's perfor***ce in some areas was not up to the expected standards for such a high-end establishment, leaving room for improvement in order to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

Stayed a night in a suite and could not complain, the best experience was in the morning when went for breakfast at Urban Cafe, was a bit hesitant as had a disappointing dinner experience some days back, breakfast was excellent and resturant staff looked after us, a very special thanks to Rajat and Ranjit for their very cordial and professional service towards us. For South Indian food lovers, best dosa i had in a while , do try it.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chandigarh and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room I was assigned was in poor condition. The furniture was worn out, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was definitely not what I expected. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and uncooperative. When I tried to address the issues with the room or request assistance, they were unresponsive and lacked proper communication skills. It made me feel like they did not value their guests' comfort or satisfaction. One of the major letdowns was the lack of food provided. A hotel should always have food available for their guests, especially if they advertise it as part of their amenities. It was frustrating to have to go out and find meals elsewhere, especially when I was expecting the convenience of having food on-site. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The state of the room, the uncooperative staff, and the absence of food made for an unpleasant stay. It's important to have a comfortable and welcoming environment when you're traveling, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in those aspects.

I was looking for a good hotel in Chandigarh and booked the Luxury Suite at The LaLiT Chandigarh. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the grandeur of the hotel. The suite that I had booked for myself was quite big and very well designed. The living room had a large LED TV where we watched our favourite show at night. The bedroom was equally impressive with a king-sized bed and from there we enjoyed scenic views of the city. Bathroom was a highlight for me with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate rain shower. I would say that The LaLiT Chandigarh truly knows how to pamper their guests and ensure they have a wonderful luxurious experience. They have the best suite rooms in Chandigarh and I would definitely go back again on my next trip and experience their hospitality once again.

The food was delicious, the ambiance was pleasant, and Tanmoy's professionalism truly elevated our dining experience.
