Good hotel but they should be more aware of the needs of vulnerable disabled people. My wife is vulnerable disabled person on ambulatory oxygen for walking, when I asked for a room near to the elevators was promptly told there’s none available without even making an effort to help resolve the issue. Apart from the front door staff who were very helpful rest of the lobby staff & security personnel just stared at my wife if she was a alien

We stayed at this restaurant, the service is excellent, security we loved it. The room is very clean . We had a buffet breakfast at the hotel. There are so ***y varieties of foods. North , South, and western kind of breakfast there. Adarsh , cook is awasom.

Excellent customer services from the Room division and F&B Teams. Hotel is cozy and feels like you are in home. Everyone knows you by your name and strive for provide the best of them. One name to always remember is Rahul Sharma from the front desk. He ***age to resolve most detail request like helping me when I was sick, provided information to all my colleagues, arrange for room conform. He speak at least three languages, one of them Spanish, my primary language. We all feel very thankful with Rahul

Truly a beautiful hotel. Our stay was made even more special by their newly recruited chef who went above and beyond to make my son the most delicious gluten free meals. Very much appreciated as was the hospitality displayed by Aayush and Suraj and the other staff.

I liked everything very much. The food is delicious, the drinks too. Nice music, great staff. The guys in the restaurant are great. Tarik is the best =) There is an excellent sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Excellent hotel for both leisure and business trips

Great experience, after returning to Chandigarh after 8 years, it was wonderful to see this beautiful city, and experience the hospitality and high standards of Hyatt. The staff were amazing, they went out of there way to ensure that my son and I had a great stay.
