Check in good Unfortunately I have found a couple of times that bar staff make eye contact, see you have finished your drinks and simply ignore this

I did prepaid for hotel before check-in and let me check me with no problem. However I found my card is being charged for the room afterwards with no reason. It’s unbelievable. I am now challenging hotel why this happens. Really disappointed as this creates many jobs for me.

Excellent facility and location but it would have been very nice to have telephone in the rooms to be able to make requests. The bathroom/shower room (for the club room as in my case) needs to have shower curtains or door to prevent the water coming out when taking your shower. Apart from that, excellent facilities and AMAZING Breakfast and dinner.

Great facilities and we really enjoyed the sports bar and swimming pool for our toddler. We felt it was a great value for money hotel

Dirty plates with food still on them left in corridor outside 2 different rooms from 7pm untill 10am the hygiene that could cause

A really great experience, from the moment of arriving to a friendly greeting, through to a lovely and clean room, presented perfectly. The food is great and actually I love the sense there is a culture associated with this hotel.

All the gadgets yet a double socket by the side of my bed wasn’t working at all. No I’m Earline on check to report it to.

Very happy with my stay. Room was very neat and clean and the shower was amazing. Helpful friendly staff.

Clean and easy to access hotel with a great gym and business centre that was also really useful

We are frequent visitors but we won’t be using the hotel again, we were put in room 225 and the noise from the gum below was unacceptable, until late at night and then again at 4am! This was even more annoying by the fact that we booked originally to use the gym as it was advertised as 24 hours use! But we could only access it in hours that were too late in thr morning for us, we raised the point with reception, only to be told “ oh yes that room can be noisy!” The bathroom was far from clean and cobwebs were abundant in there, not happy with our stay, will not be back

Went for a work do didn't enjoy the 3 course meal the soup was a bit spicy my face was burning so I had to stop main turkey was dry dessert chocolate to bitter really should get at least 3 different options on each course With the room my sleep was disturbed at 4 am with a alarm going off and found it very hard to go back to sleep False advertisement on about the room there is no Dyson hair dryer it's a standard hair dryer and no Google nest or Alexa. For the price I paid for the room access to the pool should be included as well as breakfast as it's not in a catchment area there is not a lot around
