Nice hotel, comfortable bed. Fresh fruit every day. The only thing I didn't like: Although I booked a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray and matches on the table.

I used to stay here frequently for business trips. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the location and breakfast (especially the chicken soup tofu skewers) are great, and the value for money is acceptable. This time, I brought my child and booked a family room. We arrived at 3:30 PM, and the front desk said the previous guests had checked out only half an hour ago and housekeeping was rushing to clean the room. I thought it would take 10 or 15 minutes at most, but after waiting for a while and asking again, I was told it would take 30-40 minutes to clean one room. I went to the front desk again to urge them, and only then did they contact housekeeping, eventually saying, "It's almost ready, you can check in now." The entire process, from arrival to check-in (including issues with the key card not working in the elevator and trying multiple times), dragged on until 4:05 PM, a full 35-minute wait. What I don't understand is, since we had already arrived, there were no other guests waiting, and it was 3:30 PM, a normal check-in time, why couldn't they assign two people to clean one room to speed things up? On top of that, the front desk staff (not the one with curly hair, but another person) had a very indifferent attitude and never offered a single apology throughout the entire process, making for a very poor experience. The hotel can review the surveillance footage to verify the objectivity of my statements.
Next time I'm on a business trip, I might have to look at other hotels. The service industry needs standardized procedures and the right people in these roles. I'm also from Changchun, and if service positions are filled through 'connections,' then consumers will simply vote with their feet.
The good aspects: From my child's perspective, they had a very happy stay. The lobby manager and the evening front desk staff were also pleasant to communicate with.

We aim to retain guests through professionalism and service, and live up to the trust of local guests. We are also pleased that your child had a comfortable stay, which is our goal. We sincerely apologize for this unsatisfactory experience. We will thoroughly rectify our service processes, staff management, and room cleaning efficiency, and take concrete actions to make changes. The Changchun Jin An Hotel boasts an excellent central location with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with comfortable bedding. The staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering both Chinese and Western options. The fitness center and pool are fantastic. Overall, it's a top-notch experience and an ideal choice for business travelers.

The Happy Hour at the lobby bar was great, offering excellent value for money. The views from the window were lovely, the room was clean and bright with plenty of sunlight, being on a high floor. A big plus was that food delivery could be brought directly to the room, and the robot delivery was super convenient and quick.

This hotel is relatively cheap among luxury hotels in Changchun. However, it has many issues, and the service is very poor. The cookies provided on the day of check-in were expired, and the front desk staff had no reaction at all when I pointed it out, saying nothing. The bathroom is tiny and cramped. The hotel management should really provide better training for the male front desk staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Jin An in Changchun. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary yogurt and fruits. My room had a great view, and the bathtub was exactly what I needed after a long day—very relaxing.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I really enjoyed having both Chinese and Western food to choose from. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Compared to the business hotels I usually stay at, the room decor here isn't quite as modern. In fact, when I first walked in, I almost thought it was a guesthouse! Of course, it was clean and tidy, which is essential. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from People's Square Station on Line 1. There are quite a few cultural landmarks nearby, such as the former Manchukuo Central Bank and the Soviet Martyrs' Memorial, so you could say the hotel is within the Wanda Mall commercial area. Since I arrived in the evening, most places nearby were closed, so I didn't get to wander around much (and I didn't really have time anyway). The hotel isn't far from the Shangri-La, but compared to that, it definitely shows its age in terms of internal hardware. For example, there's no wireless charging, no USB charging facilities, and the TV channels are mainly just satellite broadcasts. The bathroom has a wet-dry separation, but perhaps due to the room type, the shower stall is quite small, making it a bit difficult to turn around. The shower enclosure uses a double-sliding door design, and when you turn on the faucet, water sprays directly outside the door. The elevator is well-maintained, runs smoothly, and has no noise. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. Due to time constraints, I didn't get to try the hotel breakfast. Considering the hotel's location, facilities, and price, it offers great value for money. I'd recommend it for business travelers who are mindful of their budget.

The hotel's location is convenient; it's about 2.x kilometers from the high-speed train station and Xinmin Street, and you can walk to Wanda Plaza. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly nice and helped us get a room upgrade!

Very good experience. The hotel staff was short staffed and was extremely busy during my stay, but they went above and beyond to service my money exchange needs. Hard working nice dongbei people!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Changchun, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Even during the National Day holiday, the price for such a great hotel was incredibly reasonable. They upgraded our room and included breakfast, which was definitely up to five-star standards – rich and with a fantastic dining environment, perfect for discerning guests. The only downside is the lack of an underground parking lot; the surface parking can get a bit overwhelmed during holidays. But if you're not driving or visiting during a regular time, this hotel is absolutely fantastic!

An established star-rated hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the environment was comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly. They were proactive in helping resolve any issues. If I have the chance to visit Changchun again, I'd definitely choose to stay here.

The lobby is very spacious, and the rooms are clean, showing a good effort in basic services. However, some small details in the room could be improved: the main light flickers a bit, and I hope that can be adjusted. Also, the shower drain is incredibly slow; the water didn't go down even by the next morning. I believe guests' stay would be even more perfect once these issues are resolved! Additionally, there's limited parking, and the management isn't keeping up.
