While they may not be highly experienced in handling the check-in process for foreign guests, they remain helpful and accommodating. One of the key benefits is the option for early check-in. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with the subway right at the doorstep. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room cool. Overall, a highly recommendable stay.

太棒了。這是一個新酒店，走進酒店的大堂，聞到一股香香的味道。前台的小哥哥，小姐姐服務也相當不錯，很熱情，很主動，笑的也很甜。房間裏還配備了徠芬的高速吹風機。晚上睡覺床也很舒服，枕頭相當不錯是乳膠枕。健身房還配備了瑜伽墊，聽説還可以借用到房間去練習瑜伽，這樣也保障了一個運動的私密性，洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機相當給力，洗完衣服帶烘乾不到一個小時。酒店的整體色調我蠻喜歡的，有點小清新的感覺。對於沒開車的我出行也很方便，住在酒店就可以看到火車站廣場，我還聽到了火車站廣場的東方紅鐘聲，出門至地鐵站非常近。總之非常滿意此次的入住，下次我一定還會再來這家酒店，很開心

good location right next to train station. also near many food places still open late into the night. hotel staff is alright, does basic check in and does answer your question when u ask. that’s about it for the interaction. room was big and spacious. made the effort to decorate the hotel 8th floor and also the room. provided all basic necessities and bed is comfy enough.

Best location only if you want to take high speed train to Zhangjiajie. It is located just beside the train station. Nothing much to buy from the surroundings. Didi taxi won't stop right in front of hotel lobby but rather at the drop-off point of train station. However it is easy to walk towards the hotel from drop off point as hotel is highly visible. Rooms are large, new and clean.Buffet breakfast is Chinese style. Do go into the train station 30mins before departure as the walk to the train may take 15mins.

酒店大廳很壯觀，但是房間跟照片有些差異 房間的衞生可以再加強，有些房間沒有窗簾，有些沒有衞生間的門，有些房間的天花板沒有封起來，還會看到電線。 電梯外面的衞生很糟糕，不知道是裝修還是維持這樣的畫面很久了。 酒店附近很多吃的地方，所以不是問題，而且也很靠近長沙站及地鐵站。

Didn't have the time to check out the amenity, but the suite is very nice. While smaller than I'd originally pictured, there is sufficient space for us to spread out. We requested non-smoking room and they had to special treat the room prior to our arrival. The staff did a very good job. Even as picky as I am with scents, I didn't pick up any smoke smell. Staff also checked with us again just to make sure everything was up to my standard. The gesture was very much appreciated. On a side note, they did have a nice woodsy smelling room fragrance used in the bathroom area in particular that I really liked. The breakfast area was spacious and nice with an outdoor area. Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. There are local restaurants all around the hotel which we did end up enjoying. We also ordered some food and drink delivery from 3rd party, and they made it to our room with any issue via those cute little robot things. We couldn't use the Metro stations since we don't have the Chinese ID, but was able to access the bus stations which are plenty nearby. Taxi/ride shares are also dirt cheap. But we do find that since the hotel is right on the corner of a major intersection, and the vehicle loop in front is not the most conveniently designed, it's much easier to walk a little further along either streets before hailing or for pick up. Overall a very comfortable stay that's very affordable. The little nice information cards in the room for food and attractions in the area were also a nice touch.

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.
