amazing stay, love the extra mile services from (小钟) xiao zhong 👍🏻 whenever we have questions, she speak with patience and understands that we are from overseas. we went to wash our clothes and bumped into her at the lift, she offered to help us to get our dryer clothes and send it back to our hotel room. hotel is pretty too 😍👍🏻❤️ highly recommend!!

總體入住體驗挺好的。
環境:酒店是長沙市區多間維也納酒店中外形最不光鮮的了，前台環境也比較小氣，面積不大、裝修也不夠大氣，感覺上配不上“國際”這一名稱。
交通: 最近的地鐵站是烈士公園南，走路10-15分鐘。
房間:預訂的2-8層的城市夜景辦公桌雙床房，後來幫免費升級了豪華雙床房，很貼心。提前留言希望安靜點的房間，幫留了高層房間。房間衞生挺好，無異味、空氣清新，衞生間的抽風、房間風口安靜，這個很好，前台看我帶了孩子，還送了3張/間房/天早餐券。房間燈光偏暗。
服務: 前台、總機、搞衞生的阿姨服務態度都好，讓人很舒服。
用餐: 三樓的自助早餐品種挺豐富的，新鮮，建議能加個現煎雞蛋。建議工作人員中途收碗筷與桌面時，留意一下桌子底下的垃圾，以及椅子上的臟東西。午餐也在3樓吃了一餐，最好吃的是辣椒炒雞蛋，不過辣椒有點過了，顏色不很青脆有點綠黃。蓮藕湯好喝，藕不粉（可能不是當季的原因）。青菜用豬油炒的，很香。魚就……一言難盡，魚腸有殘留，很腥，作為一個愛吃魚的人愣是下不去嘴，味道與賣相差不止一點。老闆娘很漂亮也很熱情，希望菜品也提升上去呀。

要回家了有時間好好評價了，不得不説這是我這次出行住的最滿意的一個酒店了，服務簡直棒極了，酒店環境超棒裝修簡約大氣，房間乾淨整潔，讓人感覺很舒適。更值得一提的是，服務員態度非常熱情，因為來湖南旅遊過程中我陽了，又怕擔心傳染給孩子，所以臨時買了一堆東西感冒葯什麼的，房間有可樂我也**點了生薑，但是因為沒工具切薑絲，挺煩躁的，酒店阿姨打掃房間路過我房間的時候聽到了我的抱怨然後告訴了前台（我問送粥的服務員知道的）隔了半個多小時吧，前台服務員給我送來了粥小菜還有可樂薑茶，還給小朋友點了一份外賣上來，真的很感謝他們超級暖心，我退房的時候還給我準備了一份薑茶口罩，關心我有沒有好一點，在人生地不熟的地方被人關心真的很感動，他們給我送粥給我孩子送飯菜上來的時候我都要哭了，真的處處都能感受到他們的關懷就像家人一樣温暖!以後一定會首選亞朵，強烈推薦!

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent.
The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room.
Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

The windows and the table were quite dirty. The mattress was a bit on the harder side. Nonetheless, the stay remained rather nice. The reception staff is welcoming and very helpful. They served us tea while checking us in. On our second night, we had a question concerning our train tickets and they helped us call the support service without being asked.
Location was also great as we were about 15min away from Wuyi square and right next to the metro.

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments:
- The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go.
- The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it.
- Staffs are all very friendly and responsive
- Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties
- Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too
If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

BBerrrrrrrrrDidn't have the time to check out the amenity, but the suite is very nice. While smaller than I'd originally pictured, there is sufficient space for us to spread out.
We requested non-smoking room and they had to special treat the room prior to our arrival. The staff did a very good job. Even as picky as I am with scents, I didn't pick up any smoke smell. Staff also checked with us again just to make sure everything was up to my standard. The gesture was very much appreciated. On a side note, they did have a nice woodsy smelling room fragrance used in the bathroom area in particular that I really liked.
The breakfast area was spacious and nice with an outdoor area. Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. There are local restaurants all around the hotel which we did end up enjoying.
We also ordered some food and drink delivery from 3rd party, and they made it to our room with any issue via those cute little robot things.
We couldn't use the Metro stations since we don't have the Chinese ID, but was able to access the bus stations which are plenty nearby. Taxi/ride shares are also dirt cheap. But we do find that since the hotel is right on the corner of a major intersection, and the vehicle loop in front is not the most conveniently designed, it's much easier to walk a little further along either streets before hailing or for pick up.
Overall a very comfortable stay that's very affordable. The little nice information cards in the room for food and attractions in the area were also a nice touch.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

AAgnestayOne of the best hotel in Changsha! Location perfect everything within the walking distance. Super convenient. Service wise out of this world. The detailed they provided and personalize is even better than any big hotel. The butler service also fantastic will guide and send you info you need. Too good. Specially thanks to 荔枝姐姐 she very passion to her works and provide wonderful services. Everyone in this hotel I can describe is very good. Highly recommended to stay this hotel. PPengguna TetamuSuperb location! You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置方便地鐵口出來即達，離湘江也很近，去步行街也很方便。樓下美食多多。房型佈局合理視野也很好，房間每天都打掃得挺乾淨，WIFI信號也好。前台小姐姐很細心很負責，也很美麗。

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
