以前住過其他地方的桔子水晶，印象很好。這次因為早上因為要坐飛機，可以地鐵6號線直通機場，且酒店距離地鐵口很近，樓下還有茶顏外賣鏢局，有小機器人送餐，故選擇入住兩晚！入住時前台小李帥哥態度非常好，很耐心，雖然發生了一點小誤會，但店家相當有責任感，一位女經理親自到房間去説明情況，進行打掃， 且房間免費做了升級。是一家有温度的酒店！下次還會考慮入住。又：早餐在同類型酒店中相當不錯，米粉強烈推薦。樓下還有一家粉館，可惜沒來及品嚐

Saya memang mencari banyak alternatif sebelum memilih Huatian. Tetapi kemudian saya membaca ulasan dan lokasi yang komprehensif. Akhirnya memilih mereka. Ia sememangnya hotel yang cukup bagus. Saya merasakan bahawa dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, adalah sangat sukar untuk hotel lima bintang domestik untuk bertahan di bawah kesan hotel lima bintang asing Tanpa keberkesanan kos atau penambahbaikan perkhidmatan, adalah sukar untuk memenangi hati sesetengah pelanggan sasaran kumpulan , saya fikir Huatian telah melakukan kerja yang baik dalam hal ini, sekurang-kurangnya ia sangat sedar dalam latihan perkhidmatan pekerja. 房間住得很舒服，服務員態度非常好，特別表揚一下樓層服務員很熱心，看到我們每天都喜歡泡茶喝，還特意給我們拿了兩大桶農夫山泉送過來。每天都有送水果，最主要是這個位置的交通很方便，去任何一個購物的逛街的地點都特別近。老酒店一如既往的讓人覺得很實在。希望你們越辦越好，

A very nice and clean place. My niece loves the room very much. All the workers are extremely friendly.

The smoke smell is quite strong in the corridor/lift. There was also an ashtray in the room even though we got a non smoking room. Fortunately, there wasn't any smell in the room itself. The windows and the table were quite dirty. The mattress was a bit on the harder side. Nonetheless, the stay remained rather nice. The reception staff is welcoming and very helpful. They served us tea while checking us in. On our second night, we had a question concerning our train tickets and they helped us call the support service without being asked. Location was also great as we were about 15min away from Wuyi square and right next to the metro.

太棒了。這是一個新酒店，走進酒店的大堂，聞到一股香香的味道。前台的小哥哥，小姐姐服務也相當不錯，很熱情，很主動，笑的也很甜。房間裏還配備了徠芬的高速吹風機。晚上睡覺床也很舒服，枕頭相當不錯是乳膠枕。健身房還配備了瑜伽墊，聽説還可以借用到房間去練習瑜伽，這樣也保障了一個運動的私密性，洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機相當給力，洗完衣服帶烘乾不到一個小時。酒店的整體色調我蠻喜歡的，有點小清新的感覺。對於沒開車的我出行也很方便，住在酒店就可以看到火車站廣場，我還聽到了火車站廣場的東方紅鐘聲，出門至地鐵站非常近。總之非常滿意此次的入住，下次我一定還會再來這家酒店，很開心

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

酒店離地鐵站不遠，附近幾百米也有商場，交通算是方便。酒店帶的院子很大氣，還養了孔雀，早起走走還是很舒服。早飯一般，米粉還不錯，西式點心品種太少。房間面積挺大，設施比較老舊了，陽台就是擺設，門打不開的，而且鋁合金門窗關上也有縫，隔音效果差。泳池人不多，好評！
