衞生：比較差，很多灰和頭髮，上個住客貼的假睫毛還留在了洗漱台的備品架上了，客房的小圓桌和窗簾地下更是重災區，微信告知後説升房，沒必要了，我都自己搞乾淨了，住了兩晚第二天打掃沒更換床品，廁所還有水。
環境：在女子大學對面，離德思勤和星城天地不遠。交通不是很方便，周邊沒有地鐵，周邊有工地施工，二樓三樓是網吧和桌球廳，共用電梯，人員比較複雜。
服務：下午入住的，入住服務比較久，站了一段時間才引導坐下倒茶，訂單的免費桌球和下午茶沒有提醒。正常房間的小圓桌應該有兩塊綠豆糕的，這家沒有，衹有幾顆茶糖，詢問説是他們家沒有，但我看到酒店朋友圈發的圖還是綠豆糕。第二天問打桌球説幫我預約，約好微信告訴我，從下午兩點等到7點也沒聯繫，微信詢問又告訴我可以直接去。服務響應比較慢。洗衣房會幫忙洗衣服和烘乾，會摺好用機器人送回房間。
縵享下午茶：四宮格茶點加茶飲2選1:第二天下午2點送的，有蝦片，山楂糕，小花片和聖女果，還有一股茶，還行。

11505127****The hotel's location is great. We rented a car locally and the hotel has its own parking lot, which was very convenient. Misses 2 and 10 at the front desk provided excellent service. They actively helped us register for free parking and even upgraded our room. We stayed for multiple nights. One morning, after we left and requested cleaning, Auntie Yan Qun from housekeeping, after tidying up, noticed our wet clothes. She thoughtfully brought us a drying rack and hung them up. When we returned in the evening, we saw them, which showed incredible dedication to service. Changsha is wonderful, we'll definitely come back, and Junyi Shanshui Hotel is excellent, we'll stay here again next time. Highly recommended!!!

MM33406****It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel that suited me so well.
Before heading to Changsha, I had booked a five-star hotel. But then I stumbled upon photos of Yi Jian, and I decisively canceled the other one and booked this place instead. It turned out to be the right decision.
First, the environment: No need to elaborate, this sophisticated and grand decor perfectly aligns with my aesthetic.
Service: After checking in, I added the butler on WeChat. Everything, from check-in instructions to afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and breakfast, was arranged perfectly. Most of the staff are gentle and soft-spoken women, yet they somehow instill a sense of security.
Then there's the photoshoot service, which I have to mention. Before the shoot, my friend even said they'd probably charge extra for all the raw photos. To my surprise, not only were all the raw photos included, but also nine retouched ones. The best part was that the photographer was a lovely girl who shot quickly and skillfully. She thought of everything, from poses to even my hair, and produced amazing shots one after another.

MM56118****Thanks to our education bureau for giving us an autumn break, everything was affordable when we went out to eat and stay.
Facilities: The whole room is smart, with intelligent TV, lights, and curtains. It's a projector, and watching TV is incredibly enjoyable. If you have kids, you can ask for children's toothbrushes.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The toilet has disinfectant, and the bathroom sink not only has hand soap but also, to my delight, laundry detergent. For large clothes, you can ask customer service to help wash them, but for small, personal items like underwear, I prefer to wash them myself. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides laundry detergent in the room, which shows great thoughtfulness. And this laundry detergent is very effective; a quick scrub gets things clean. I'd love to know what brand it is!
Ambiance: Trendy and cool, perfect for young people. My 8-year-old child was very satisfied with this hotel.
Service: There's a butler who you can add on WeChat, and you can tell them any needs you have.
Location: It's right next to Huangxing Square. A few tens of meters to the right when you exit the hotel is a subway entrance for Huangxing Square, and the snack street is right in the square. It's close to Wuyi Square and IFC, making it very convenient for photos and sightseeing.
Breakfast: It's alright, a little bit of everything.
A small suggestion: If you see guests with children, it would be absolutely perfect if you could proactively ask if they need children's toothbrushes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, I hope the price doesn't go up, haha.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, going out of their way to introduce all the hotel's facilities and services, which really made me feel welcome as a first-time guest. The room itself was impeccable! Spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so there was no disturbance from outside. The bathroom was spotless, with every detail handled perfectly. The hotel's breakfast and evening desserts also left a deep impression on me. Here, I truly felt pampered with meticulous care and enjoyed an ultimate comfortable experience. I highly recommend it to everyone; I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did once you stay!

MM305968****We stayed during the autumn holiday, and the hotel manager thoughtfully informed us beforehand that it would be quite full to ensure our stay wasn't negatively affected by any potential service shortcomings. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently showed initiative in their service. Issues were resolved promptly and efficiently, whether it was the duty manager, the front desk, or the housekeeping staff. Overall, excellent service!
Pros regarding facilities and services:
1. Spacious rooms.
2. Automatic sensor lights for night-time, a very thoughtful design.
3. A vanity mirror and a small trash can specifically for makeup next to the sink.
4. Laifen hairdryer.
5. Separate shower and toilet.
6. Delicious hotel breakfast, especially the stir-fried noodles! 😂
7. Complimentary snacks upon check-out.
Cons:
1. There's subway/construction work near the hotel, which wasn't indicated on the platform or informed by the hotel beforehand. However, they kindly moved us to another room, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep.
2. The weather in Changsha was too warm these past few days, and the room was quite hot since the hotel could only turn on heating, not cooling. But they did provide a fan, which was a decent workaround and acceptable.
Haha, it feels like a 5-star hotel standard, very good. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

MMOMO VroomMy stay at the Changsha IFS Exotic Impression Hotel was quite good overall. The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Whether you're heading out to explore or looking for a restaurant, everything is within easy walking distance, saving you time and hassle.
The room hygiene was excellent; the bed was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The view from the window was also beautiful; at night, you could see Changsha's stunning river view, with lights reflecting on the water, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The overall stay felt quiet and relaxing.
The only minor suggestion would be if the air conditioning in the room could be a bit stronger, that would make it perfect. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

For my early autumn trip to Changsha with my mom, we stayed at a designer hotel that truly masters the art of 'light and technology.'
Our 58th-floor high-rise room offered direct views of the Xiangjiang River sunset and the city's nightscape – it was all bundled right into our accommodation. After 3 days and 2 nights, we didn't want to leave! The value for money was absolutely insane! 🤯
**🌇 58th-Floor High-Rise Room: Watch the Xiangjiang River Sunset + Night View from Bed**
The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room perfectly framed the Xiangjiang River! In the afternoon, we lounged on the sofa and watched the sunset over Juzizhou Island paint the river golden-red. At night, as the city lights came on, the Xiangjiang River cruise boats looked like stars floating on the water ✨. My mom said this view was even better than the observation deck at Juzizhou Island (after all, it's comfier to watch from bed, hehe).
**🎨 Art of Light: Stunning from Entrance to Elevator**
▪️ **Lobby:** Curved walls + feather-like lights, it felt like walking into an art gallery.
▪️ **Elevator:** The moment the doors opened, a shimmering galaxy curtain greeted us! It perfectly echoed the 'Journey of Light' theme, and my mom snapped 10 photos! 📸
▪️ **Corridor:** An arched ceiling + ambient light strips made walking through feel like a journey through a time tunnel. Even the art installation at the entrance was aesthetically pleasing; every shot was a masterpiece!
**🤖 Tech Enthusiast's Dream: Smart Home & Robot Butler**
▪️ **Voice-controlled** curtains, lights, and TV. Just call out 'open curtains' from bed to see the Xiangjiang River.
▪️ The **in-room tablet** allowed us to order items, and a robot delivered water/snacks directly to our door.
▪️ The **smart toilet and bathroom mirror** in the restroom were, according to my mom, even more convenient than at home!
The blend of technology and art was just right – sophisticated yet not cold.
**🍜 The Restaurant is Breathtaking! Even Stinky Tofu for Breakfast**
The restaurant boasts a light luxury art style, with blue velvet sofas and metallic accents. Having breakfast felt like a date at an art museum.
The buffet breakfast offered an incredibly wide variety:
✔️ Changsha's signature stinky tofu and sugar oil baba (finally, no more waking up early to queue for them!)
✔️ Freshly made oil-splashed noodles, Cantonese dim sum, fruit, desserts… My mom devoured 2 bowls of noodles! 🍜
**🧺 Impeccable Details: Free Gym + Laundry Room**
▪️ The **24-hour gym** allowed us to run while enjoying river views.
▪️ The **laundry room** had both washing machines and dryers, so we could wash all our clothes during our 3-day stay.
▪️ There's also a super popular **selfie photo studio** with tons of free props, and all digital negatives are complimentary.
**📍 Hotel:** Changsha Tyndall Gap Hotel (Located in the city center, it's not as noisy as hotels near Wuyi Square, and the subway station is right downstairs, which is very convenient).
**💰 Price:** 500+ RMB (even cheaper now during the off-season!)

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
