The room I booked wasn't the same as the one I got on the actual check-in date. The breakfast coffee was awful! I had to buy my own to get something that actually tasted like coffee. (This really needs to be fixed and improved)!!!

The room was not as good as expected. • The air conditioner was noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well. • Light came into the room from outside and through the curtains, making it hard to sleep comfortably. • The breakfast was disappointing and not worth the price. The steamed rice was very dry and hard, not soft as it should have been.

There is an elevator, very convenient. 4. There is 3 bottles of drinking water per day. 5. There is a maid cleaning every day, changing towels and hair towels, and cleaning the room. 6. The bedroom is painted white, looks clean, and spacious, 28 sq m. 7. The TV is clear, it is a smart TV, can watch YouTube. 8. The 7-foot king-size bed is soft and comfortable, no back pain. 9. Each person has 2 pillows, one thick and one soft, comfortable and firm, no neck pain. The duvet is of a good thickness (no dust smell). 10.
