Hotel location is central, and big rooms. We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is very new, the table can be adjusted up and down, very advanced. Newly renovated

There are very few service staff, and they don't clean every day. When I call to request cleaning, it seems that they are connected to the front desk. I often call but no one answers. Other than that, everything is good.

The Chapel Hill Sheraton is the most satisfactory hotel we stayed in during our trip to the United States. The price is similar. The Chapel Hill Sheraton is very new and the room is very large, clean and comfortable. I got up early for the flight and didn't have breakfast.

Surprisingly good, cleaner and more comfortable than the $200+ hotels in New York, Pennsylvania, and California. The Japanese restaurant next to it is also delicious! This is the best hotel I have stayed in recently!

The room is very big, the hygiene is very good, the quality is consistent with Sheraton, the gym is clean, the fitness equipment is very high-quality, I originally only booked it for one day, but I couldn't bear to leave and extended it for another day.

Environment: Surrounded by green trees, the environment is good Facilities: fully equipped, all new and clean Service: Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't eat in the store and only checked in. It should be ok, at least the receptionist at the front desk is still enthusiastic. Hygiene: looks pretty good. The breakfast charge is a bit high, and breakfast is not included. There is a McDonald's not far from the hotel, and you can go there for breakfast.

詢問遺留在房間的物品，打了4次電話，都沒明確回覆。然後直接去酒店，才搞明白説經理才有權限查詢，讓明天去，明天去了又説經理出去了，等2小時後再回來，2小時後去了，説下班了，讓明天再來，今天第三天了，還沒確定，走過那麼多地方，這個Sheraton的服務太差了，真是無話可説，決定上黑名單
