The hotel is located 10 to 15 minutes from the center of the town. The staffs were very kind.

Did a one night stay. Hotel was average in all respects as far as services etc. Went for breakfast in the morning and we did put our luggage in the car when we went. Finished breakfast early so checked with front desk on the checkout time and they said 11 so we said to them great no rush and went for a walk. It was foggy so we didn't want to checkout till later, the plan was closer to 11. Got back from walk a few minutes after 9 to go to the room and washup after breakfast and to do a final room check for jewellry left on nightstands, chargers, dropped socks etc. Imagine how I felt when my room door is wide open! They cleaned out the room. I paid $317.00 for a room didn't even get to use till close to checkout time. So security isn't so great either if they don't care if you have checked out before leaving your door wide open. All we got from them was a sorry. I have traveled for work and pleasure in many countries for years and have never had staff enter my room like this and leave it open.

The old style hotel was a pleasure to visit. The old wooden room door lead to a very comfortable room with modern amenities, especially in the bathroom.

Absolutely spectacular experience from start to finish - we could not have been happier. What a beautiful hotel, attention to every detail has been made to ensure a perect experience. They have gorgeous views, modern and incredibly clean facilities but the staff are the real stand out here. They literally treated us like royalty and we were completely blown away - special shout out to Antenique! I had an a very awful birthday the previous year, my husband had taken me to a luxury resort in St. Andrews NB and they reallly missed the mark. So he asked for some birthday happiness if they could this year and they went above and beyond. The deck was beautiful and the room was gorgeous, really ceilings and tons of windows. Super comfy bed, robes and a beautiful living room and dining area. Furniture is all top notch and television too. They decorated with balloons, synthetic rose petals, 2 huge champagne bottle balloons and a beautiful birthday banner. I was shocked. The pool and onsite facilities are all gorgeous and amazing location, you are close to everything you could possibly need. Valet parking was a bonus. Bravo Holman Grand! We will see you again soon. I have really enjoyed my stay here -- one more night to go -- with a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The hotel, quite simply, exudes a ”this will be a good stay” upon arrival. The vibrant lobby bar is a nice bonus. It is on the waterfront and Queen Street dining and shopping is a few feet away on foot.

This small hotel is a busy place, with a great location if you want to discover downtown Charlottetown; you can park your car and walk wherever you need to go. The hotel is in a residential area and there is a parking lot behind the hotel so you don’t need to park on the street. We booked a studio room with a balcony and it was sufficient for our stay. There was a tiny kitchen area, comfortable King bed, small sofa and a small bathroom. We didn’t make much use of the balcony as the weather was not conducive for sitting outside. The decorating was plain and neat. The cleaning attendant was very pleasant. There are some nice inside sitting areas for guests and we never saw anyone sitting in them so probably a balcony is not necessary. (Your choice!) The common areas are beautifully decorated. The breakfast area is large and the tables are preset for your arrival. If you want a simple breakfast with cereal and toast, you can help yourself. There are servers who will take your order for a more substantial breakfast and there were 6 choices. We were there for three days and everything was great! Each morning there were very yummy muffins. The women who served the breakfast were friendly and greeted guests with a fresh fruit salad. Whoever prepared the meals did a great job. It’s important to note that there is no elevator so if stairs are a problem you might call ahead to see if there is room that will suit you. The hotel is locked and you need to ring for someone to open the door until you have your own entry pass. They send specific instructions with your confirmation for the entry and parking information.
