The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.

Nice staff, clean and tidy. Location is close to American village and beach side. There is spa, sauna and infinity pool that nice place to take a rest and relax.

Good Hotel. Very baby friendly. Have toys for my babies. Welcome drinks are good. Location great.

The room is cozy and comfortable and make me sleep well. The breakfast provide plenty of food and ice cream is even provided. The onsen in hotel is very clean and comfortable as well which make me relax throughout the trip.

Great location, best swimming pool and view in Chatan.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

Highly recommend this property. Everything was wonderful. I had enjoyed every moment of my stay, since the welcome drink and the games in the lobby area.

Though my room was near the lift lobby, it was peaceful and I slept really well! Only negative was that the pillows were too soft for me, but that’s personal preference

First time staying at the hotel. We used to stay in Vessel. And give this a try. Turn out we like it. Just the room is a bit small.

Excellent service, good amenities and nice equip room . Hotel is situated in the heart of American village. Many restaurants around the hotel area. Parking & hot spring is fee for this hotel.

Great location and great facilities! The onsen baths were great, and the pool seemed even better. Sadly, the pool wasnt open because it was winter… make sure to check the pool operation dates before booking your stay. The pool was the main reason i booked this hotel but i wasnt able to use it.

Just facing Hilton Hotel. The location is great close to Amercian Village and seashore. The room is a bit small. Free coffee available at the hotel lobby. Overall not that grand but still a very comfortable stay after enjoying hot spring on the 8th floor.
