I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Koroda, who assisted us with check-in—best service ever! The room was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made our stay even more relaxing. The onsen was clean and comfortable, providing a truly refreshing experience. And don’t miss the breakfast—it’s delicious and definitely worth the money paid. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

My stay at Lequ Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort was unfortunately disappointing. The hotel doesn’t really offer any standout features, and the overall experience felt lackluster. While the property looks modern, there’s little to make it truly appealing or memorable. The biggest letdown was the service. For instance, the bellboy prioritized taking pictures over helping me while I was visibly struggling with my luggage right in front of him. This lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness really set a negative tone for the stay. It’s hard to feel welcome or valued as a guest when such incidents occur. Overall, there’s nothing about this hotel that would make me want to return. With so many other options in Okinawa that offer better service and a more inviting atmosphere, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I won’t be staying here again.

Clean and tidy room, just fit for family. Delicious, various choice of breakfast. Comfortable hot spring for relax after one day trip. Free welcome drink and ice bar at lobby. Can walk to America village, shopping area, 10mins walk to Aeon.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

We love the location, just right at American Village. There is a foot spa for guests, public bath and the breakfast was excellent. Serving Okinawa food and my boy and husband have been enjoying it before we leave Okinawa. Thumb Up for the facilities and food!

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.

Nice staff, clean and tidy. Location is close to American village and beach side. There is spa, sauna and infinity pool that nice place to take a rest and relax.

The room is cozy and comfortable and make me sleep well. The breakfast provide plenty of food and ice cream is even provided. The onsen in hotel is very clean and comfortable as well which make me relax throughout the trip.
