這兩年比較喜歡選擇的酒店，性價比高，省心放心。房間寬敞舒適，飲食乾淨可口，工作人員熱情友好，很不錯👏👏。值得一提的是，我們落了一個無線耳機在房間裏，還沒注意到時，酒店就發現並及時聯繫了我們，後續也快速寄了過來，感覺很貼心，必須給一個大大的贊👍👍👍，謝謝啦🌹🌹🌹😊

晚11點入住一大兩小入住，原定的行政雙床房，加少許費用前台幫升級了家庭房。雖然酒店周邊環境一般，但是酒店本身內部環境條件還不錯，房間寬敞，床品舒適，家庭房冰箱備有飲料和純凈水。半夜**送貨來，機器人也幫送到房間門口，唯一缺陷就是在放茶包飲品的盒子裏，發現有幾根頭髮，影響觀感，總體不錯。

By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell.
The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.

從一個旅遊獨行俠的角度，在百元價位住到黃金位置的老牌賓館實屬可以;可是如果以親子旅遊或者商務出行的角度，有幾點着實讓人難過。首先，山莊一眼看就是老國營，暮氣沉沉，被子一水的老乾部風;二是床頭居然沒有電插座，手機晚上無法充電，是哪個反人類的設計的？第三，所謂的嘉賓樓就是宿舍，不提供紙抽我能理解，可是熱水需要放5分鐘才有熱氣客房服務説是正常現象我就接受不了了，難道水資源就是用來浪費的？最後，院裏的工程6點就開始叮叮噹噹，你就別想睡回籠覺。還有狹小的衞生間，接近於沒有信號的WIFI，好吧，還有我個人不喜歡的早餐。

酒店位置非常適合散漫遊，緊挨着避暑山莊（在麗正門與德滙門之間），四合院式，前後兩進，加兩側廂房還有幾個類似蒙古包的小房子。院子裏海棠等花木爭艷，灰瓦紅牆，設計精緻。房間門前庭院有桌椅，天氣好可以喝茶或者點外賣吃飯，很愜意。早餐是自家廚房餐廳，乾乾淨淨，飯菜品種不多但口味舒服，廚房大姐很熱情（自糗豆餡做的豆包、自磨的豆漿都很好）。非高峯期來這裏很不錯。開車的導航到避暑山莊地下停車場（每天最高收費50），車可以停在C區，有個行人上下的樓梯，離着民宿最近（100米）。

- Delicious restaurant ! Love their food.
- There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip.
Cons:
- There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly.
Conclusion :
Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

周邊：正門出來可遠眺棒槌山，背靠武烈河，圖片是傍晚河邊景色。打車到山莊，普寧寺和承德博物館基本都是起步價，路邊招手，非常方便。
餐飲：早餐品種還不錯，種類安排齊全，肯定夠吃的，可能趕上五一遊客多，建議菜品加快續添頻率，延長早餐時長，避免客人不滿。午餐晚餐，兩天都在酒店餐廳點菜，口味很不錯，美中不足的是，連着吃就有對比，有些菜的菜量是明顯下來的，希望客人多也能保證品控，誰知道哪位是回頭客對不？
客房：訂的雅緻雙床，一層大廳邊上，挨着電梯，人來人往，窗外是停車場。房間住的挺舒服，但這種房間佈局説不吵是假的，建議喜歡安靜的朋友入住時候問清楚房間位置，迴避一下。
服務：最後説一下服務，從住宿到餐飲態度都很好，很熱情，酒店也有旅遊服務，訂票可以優惠，可以導遊跟隨，價格合理。感謝劉紅麗、蔣曉薇、李亞麗，導遊小楊，還有幾位沒記住名字的餐廳工作人員。

MMatbooNous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Cho et sa famille.
Tout était parfait, nous étions comme à la maison. Cho et sa famille sont accueillants et bienveillants. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. L'endroit est calme et à quelques pas de la grande muraille de Chine.
Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant familial et c'était délicieux et copieux à chaque fois.
Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable.
Cho est aux petits soins et saura vous orienter pour la visite de la grande muraille ainsi que pour organiser votre retour sur Pékin.
Une adresse incroyable où vous pouvez vous arrêter les yeux fermés lors de votre séjour à Jinshanling.

IInmaMy experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night.
Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests.
Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too.
All in all, I would probably stay there again.

JJoyceWe had a wonderful stay! The family is super friendly, hospitable and helpful. The location is really fantastic, right around the corner at the entrance. You can go up and down by cable car or via the path. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the Great Wall of China.
The room was very spacious, clean and fully equipped. The food was delicious. The family was always ready to answer our questions and provided sublime service. I would definitely recommend this B&B!
And this part of the Great Wall of China is beautiful, with beautiful views and few tourists.

The Chinese food - in particular the cold noodles for lunch and the different barbeque offered for dinner was very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was always concerned about our needs - they even provided some coffee and toast early, early in the morning long before breakfast, as we had to leave early. We hope to come back again.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in this place for two nights off season (at the beginning of April 2023) for a hiking weekend. The price was very fair (159 RMB per night) for a room with two beds and private bathroom, without meals. The restaurant was not open yet but the lady of the house offered to buy me breakfast and did drive me to a nearby restaurant for dinner (supermarket and restaurants are around the corner, 5-10min walking). The room was spacious and superclean with modern facilities and a reliable internet connection. The floor heating is helpful during still colder days and nights. The surrounding hilly landscape and rural countryside with endless meadows, fields, tiny villages, farmers, and an abundance of sheep, cattle, horses, donkeys, pigs, birds, and other farm animals is beautiful for hiking and horse riding, also outside the main season.

PPengguna TetamuThis “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations.

YYuanbaodeyoushanwanshui特別要感謝前台小美女王媛的熱情貼心的服務。我是來承德提車，順便帶父母溜達一圈。到酒店已經快九點，和前台溝通一下竟然給升級了家庭套房。而且早餐還是參照了父母的食譜買好送到房間的。酒店的服務做的很到位！
設施：酒店是新開的 設施齊全 空調 電視 加熱衞浴 拖鞋 毛巾也很舒適
衞生：特別乾淨！！！媽媽睡覺的時候還説 這被子是新的吧！
環境：中式古典的裝修 皇家園林設計造型 與避暑山莊
服務：從前台到經理熱情周到。

Dari masa kami mendaftar masuk untuk mendaftar keluar, kepada kakitangan di restoran, mereka semua memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, dengan senyuman yang baik, keramahan dan bersedia membantu jika anda mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan. Mereka sangat akomodatif untuk keperluan kami juga kerana kami mempunyai beberapa daripada kami yang vegetarian.
Sarapan yang disediakan pada waktu pagi sangat baik dan sangat menyegarkan. Sihat juga. Jika anda mahukan lebih banyak perkara yang anda suka, mereka akan mengeluarkannya semula. Kami makan di restoran pada waktu malam juga, dan makanannya sedap.
Bilik ini mempunyai semua kemudahan yang anda perlukan. Sayang sekali spa tidak dibuka semasa kami berada di sana (kerana penyelenggaraan).
Secara keseluruhan, tempat yang sangat baik untuk tinggal, betul-betul di kaki tembok besar. Tembok besar Jingshanlin cantik dan salah satu bahagian tembok besar yang indah. Pasti berbaloi untuk dikunjungi.
