Hotel terbaik di Chengde

暑期帶孩子旅遊，在承德的第二天，要去避暑山莊和登棒槌山，選擇了這家酒店。一進門迎接我們美女前台，温暖如春的微笑、熱情大方的接待、專業高素質的介紹，一下子給人一種賓至如歸的親切感。她看到我的小孩個子很大，還幫忙升級了套間，很暖心的服務，讓我們覺得住這家酒店是正確的選擇。儘管酒店有些年份，沒有那麼多現代感的元素，帶專業的前台和高質量的服務，以及過硬的硬件設施，還是不錯。環境優美，乾淨衞生。

Being a part of Chengde Imperial Mountain Resort, the hotel is one of Emperor Qianlong's 36 scenic spots of Chengde (#6). The hotel itself has a lot of historical value, not only the building but the garden areas. The tree in the middle of the compound is 300 years old and has been here since the beginning. Pro: location is one of the best if you're looking to visit Chengde Imperial Mountain Resort (500m away from the front gate), the rooms & beds are clean and comfortable. Con: one downside is that the breakfast buffet area, the facilities are dated and the breakfast options are geared towards more Chinese style breakfast, no Western continental breakfast here so come prepared.

If you’re a foreigner traveling to Chengde, I would totally recommend that you stay at this hotel! The location is great! It’s close to three temples - Puning Temple, Waiba Temple and Putuo Temple. Also, it’s a 15 min walk to the Chengde Museum. By car, it’s about 8 minutes to the Summer Resort (or a 50-minute walk if you like walking 😄). People are friendly and nice at the hotel. They spoke to me in Chinese, but because I speak Chinese. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay, helping me with delivery and buying tickets for the Kangxi Ceremony. If I go again, I’ll definitely stay there again. 谢谢！

雖然經常出門，但是評價除了前台要求，一般不會寫，默認好評。這次是我主動寫的。希望能夠帶給各位旅行的好友借鑒。 我一共訂了3間房，分別是宋風私庭，民國風私庭，古風私庭。 房價是484元，同日期的維也納，喆非396元，400元。我愛人還是想住連鎖，因為前一天我們住壩上豐寧國際，如果承德也住，可以有折扣，但是我看圖片很有特色，孩子也可以玩玩小院子，之前住民宿也確實感受不錯，所以滿懷期待的去了。可以説這是住的最差的民宿。 第一圖是開門一瞬間，這麼高的房價都不能換個新簾子麼？縫縫補補，還是有洞。邁進房間是第二圖，滿地的水，圖片看不清，當時我的鞋一腳濕透，就説退房以後下午是有雨，客人來之前都不收拾麼？如果第一個邁進房間的是長者，滑倒了怎麼辦？再看第三張圖是浴室，這麼臟……真的是有史以來住的最臟的。圖5是房間實拍圖，就床，桌椅，電視都沒有，這不是最基本配置麼？我這3間房，衹有1間有電視，但是可都是同價位。 關鍵的來了，躺下之後我就覺得癢，我老公也是，保險起見，睡衣脱了，穿牛仔褲睡。結果第二天我的腿，見圖吧家人們，後背位置，還有我愛人後腰位置也都是，不方便拍了。發展到今天我已經感染了，非常嚴重，用葯也不起作用。不是蚊子咬的，是蟲子，真的好臟，衞生條件太差了。 再説古風那個，房間裏味道很濃，不是木質傢俱的味，很刺鼻，我和小寶進去瘋狂打噴嚏，最後爺爺奶奶住了。 民國風可以，有電視，空間也比較大，在後排，比較安靜。 早上臨近退房，我手裡拿3個房卡，無意中刷錯了，我的房間就鎖了，去找老闆，來了之後小寶正在開門，手觸碰到了密碼。老闆對着孩子説:別碰，不要沒事亂按密碼！我當時回他:誰會沒事亂按密碼？是因為我拿錯房卡刷鎖了。如果服務員這樣的態度，我可以接受，老闆不合適吧？問都不問，你對着一個2歲孩子這樣説話合適嗎？ 之所以我沒有給0星，沒給1星，是因為我們長者有糖尿病，確實把用餐時間提前了，這點很感謝。 多虧給孩子帶了一套床前用品，住在了姥姥姥爺那裡。希望我和愛人的腿快點好起來。

Pros: - Helpful, responsive and friendly staff. - Delicious restaurant ! Love their food. - There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip. Cons: - There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly. Conclusion : Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

到店6點了 定了晚上看演出 時間來不及了就在一樓餐廳就餐 有位偏瘦的服務員熱情服務 通知了後廚加快速度上菜 可惜沒問名字 特別的感謝一下 前台的服務也可以 房間可以看到演出場地 晚上燈光璀璨 房間裏中規中矩 不是太小 第二天早餐還可以 麪點羊湯加工的大姐服務好

My second time stay in this hotel, great location. Front desk staffs are very friendly and efficient. Hotel itself is a bit outdated, shower curtain is old and looks like very unclean, carpet should be replaced due to the stains on it.

我們是中秋帶着長者孩子住的，來之前看這個酒店評價不錯，也有個別説衞生和裝修差點意思，懷着試試的態度入住了，發現前台和服務人員都特別熱情。進屋發現空間非常大，酒店還給升級了，窗户外面就是視野開闊的廣場和武烈河，非常的好，剛入住就每個房間給了小食品，開始還擔心住的不好，結果長者一直多次多次的忍不住的誇這個酒店，真乾淨，真寬敞，的確空間很大，而網上説的那些稍舊的裝潢，我感覺很好，很大氣，正好長者也一直説這個椅子啊床啊，沙發啊，這些可都是實木的！並且還有小冰箱，針線包，還有酒店的手提袋，我覺得細節之處盡是滿滿誠意，總之很滿意，下午走路1.5公里就到避暑山莊了，晚上出來沿着武烈河散步非常愜意，周圍很多好吃的，吃了罈子李烤肉，非常好，第二天離開時候前台服務員看天氣要下雨還幫我們帶了一把傘，真是特別特別的感謝508班組成員們，總之入住體驗非常好。下次真的還是首選！
