Hotel Mountain view di Chengde

The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable as soon as I entered his premises. He went above and beyond and treated me like family. I had a migraine attack on the first day and it disrupted my plans. He took me to the local pharmacy in his car and looked after me. He’s very helpful and was attentive to my needs. The Great Wall is only 5 minutes away in the car and he arranges the taxi driver to take you and it’s a cheap price. The room was very good. I booked the two bed room as I like when the shower floor is separate to the toilet floor and has its own door too. Definitely book the place if you want to visit this section of the wall. There were very few people on the wall the two times I went in the morning and afternoon. He has a restaurant place in the main building with some food options. You’ll have a great time!

We loved our weekend trip to Anaya Lanya. Both the massage and sound bath additional experiences were really lovely. Simon, the front desk manager, really went above and beyond to help make our stay exceptional. He helped us book a private room at the hot spring. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommend!

比較滿意的一次入住！一期7號樓位置特別好。離車庫出入口近，離辦理民宿入住處也很近。房間大小合適。房間裏的浴巾、毛巾、床單很新也很乾凈。洗護用品質量不錯，尤其牙刷特別好用。衞生間的衞生做的也比較滿意。整個房間沒有異味。房間有淋浴拖鞋，洗潔精，洗衣液，雨傘，驅蚊液等物品。wife密碼就在房卡上。廁所紙巾和客廳抽紙都有的。浴巾毛巾各四條很夠用。備有四個飲水杯和漱口杯。冰箱和洗衣機可以用。還準備了晾衣架。廚房裡衹有燒水壺可以用，沒有微波爐。灶台不可用。管家服務很好。入住管家會提前聯繫告知注意事項和交通指引。不滿意就是阿那亞下午3點入住上午11點退房這個事。其實是霸王條款，一般酒店應該下午2點入住12點退房！但是我們幾乎沒等多久下午1點半拿到了房卡。民宿都是不含早餐的，辦完入住會有阿那亞身份碼。憑這個碼可以在第一食堂和山食堂用餐。這兩個餐廳是整個園區價格最便宜的餐廳。其他餐廳價格偏貴。一期民宿離第一食堂特別近。走路幾分鐘就到了。入住期間報警器響了一次還挺嚇人的。我們外出了大概2小時。期間空調全關閉。窗户打開了，可能是霧氣引發了報警。霧靈山阿那亞值得體驗。一期民宿很便利。

The room was really good, spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good, Chinese cuisine. The only inconvenience (really unpleasant) was the fact that they did not have real towels, just some disposable pieces of tissue that got wet immediately. Unthinkable.

The atmosphere was very warm and homely, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any requests and made us feel well taken care of. Our room was the smallest one available, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is quite spacious, with two lovely courtyards where guests can relax. Barbecue facilities are provided, and there are plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but that was not a big issue 😊 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others. 🇷🇺Мы отдыхали здесь три дня и остались очень довольны. Нам особенно понравилась теплая, домашняя атмосфера, благодаря которой отдых получился уютным и комфортным. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные. Они всегда готовы помочь и откликаются на любые просьбы. Наш номер был самым маленьким, но при этом очень уютным, чистым и комфортным. Территория большая и ухоженная, есть два дворика для отдыха. Гостям предоставляют всё необходимое для барбекю, а также много столиков и стульев, где можно приятно провести время с семьей или друзьями. Бассейн для нас оказался немного холодноватым, но это совсем не испортило впечатление от отдыха 😊 В целом мы прекрасно провели время и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место другим гостям. 🇨🇳我们在这里住了三天，整体体验非常好。这里有一种温馨的家庭氛围，让人感觉很放松。 老板和老板娘都非常热情、友好，如果有任何需要，他们都会尽力帮助。虽然我们住的是最小的房间，但房间很干净，也很舒适温馨。 民宿的面积很大，有两个休闲小院子供客人使用，还提供烧烤设备，院子里有很多桌椅，非常适合和朋友家人一起聊天、休息。 泳池对我们来说稍微有一点冷，不过这不是什么大问题。总的来说，这是一次非常愉快的入住体验，推荐给大家！

Host was super friendly and very hospitable. Started off by waiting for us outside the homestay awaiting our arrival @ 12 am at night. Drove us to and from Jinshanling. Also drove us out to beijing for another hour. Very knowledgeable and shared with us the history of the Great Wall too. Would definitely come back here on my next visit. Thank you! 😁

Typical three star hotel. Staff have a good attitude, especially the floor managers and are willing to accommodate guests. Still, the hotel is a bit overpriced for its class , possibly because of the hot springs available to hotel guests. Hotel is close to the garden but it sits right on the tran track and the train whistle will surely wake you up at 4:30am. Some of the front desk staff are very young and apparently still in training (the receptionist took me to the room but let me carry my luggage). Breakfast is traditional , quite good.

Berhampiran dengan Jinshanling, anda boleh melihat Tembok Besar dengan beberapa orang pada awal petang. Halaman mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan kemudahan yang sangat baik, terutamanya bilik mandi. Ia layak menjadi hotel yang besar, jauh lebih baik daripada B&B. Terdapat jalan makanan di sebelah hotel, dan terdapat rumah ladang berdekatan di mana anda boleh makan makanan ladang. Kanak-kanak seronok bermain di halaman rumah. Kecuali ia agak mahal semasa cuti, tidak ada salahnya.

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
