Hotel Mountain view di Chengde

這家酒店是新裝修的、智能化的。整個一層樓都是他們家的。酒店房間很大，寬敞舒適，特別是床，睡起來特別舒服。酒店的服務也不錯，打掃房間，打掃的很仔細，很乾凈，很衞生。酒店還幫忙洗衣服，免去了多日在外洗衣服的不便。酒店服務也很好，能提前聯繫客人，安排好住宿的房間。酒店旁邊這一側的一條街，吃飯也有很多餐廳，早中晚都有。酒店邊的十字路口向北走幾百米，那地方有個集市，買菜買水果，或者吃街邊的燒烤也很方便。總的來説感覺很好，價格也合適，周邊比較安靜，想遛彎可以去康熙大典那邊的元寶街，晚上燈光很漂亮，裏面有吃有喝，拍照也出片。值得推薦！

The hotel is newly refurbished and the owners a married couple are the most welcoming, providing assistance with Great Wall excursions, they provided a driver and sandwiches for the day hike. The resturants local cuisine was exceptional taste, as was the quality with all local sourced produce, ingredients. You can walk to the shops at the end of the village and easily walk along the street of the valley… The owners speak English and possibly other languages. They were great hosts. I would stay there again.

一直覺得，好的酒店是目的地的靈魂。而這次在霧靈山阿那亞瀾也酒店的體驗，不僅被山谷裏的日式美學治癒，更被這裏每一位工作人員發自內心的善意深深打動。這不僅僅是一次度假，更像是一場久違的“回家”。 住進山間的日式侘寂美學 瀾也酒店的整體風格是簡約自然的原木風，沒有過度裝飾，落地窗把園景框成一幅畫，走進去整個人都鬆弛了下來。房間雖不算大，但設施質感在線，細節極其考究： 貼心備品： 房間裏準備了舒適的日常服和棉質外袍，可以直接穿着去泡湯，方便又有儀式感。Mini吧的飲品零食全部免費且可續加，對於不愛算計的住客來説太拉好感了。 趣味體驗：如果需要，管家會送來抹茶體驗套組和水信玄餅的材料包，在房間裏就能親手製作日式小點，非常有意思。 環境與配套： 園區雖然不像北戴河那麼大，但見山本院的書院氛圍、瀾也湯泉的私密寧靜都很有格調。提燈夜遊和暗夜觀星活動也讓人彷彿走進了宮崎駿的動畫裏。 被捧在手心裏的“管家式服務” 這次體驗的最大加分項，絕對是人。抵達酒店第一時間，被我們問路的服務生折返方向一路引領我們到前台，非常感激。接着就遇到了前台的小姐姐，同時也是小管家 - 美麗又貼心的李佳麗 - 她簡直是“哆啦A夢”般的存在：每一次詢問都能得到“秒回”且滿意的答覆，真正做到了24小時有求必應，從不會説這個事情不是我負責，所有問題她都想盡辦法幫忙解決，因為看到帶了小朋友，還主動詢問吃的喝的夠不夠。超級暖心。 更重要的是，園區裏遇到的每一位工作人員都讓人如沐春風。 食堂裏每一位員工會真誠地微笑，接駁車司機會耐心等待坐穩，禮賓小哥看到行李多會跑步上前幫忙……在瀾也，我看到的不是標準化的“流水線服務”，而是一種發自內心的、有温度的情感連接。 酒店周邊的餐飲配套很豐富，幾家餐廳各有千秋： 拾味山谷：山楂紅燒肉是特色，油渣小白菜意外的好吃，煙火氣很足。 小夜洋食屋：日式早餐儀式感滿滿，燒鳥和牛肉飯口味在線，適合坐在溪邊吹風。 第一食堂：家常菜穩定輸出，各種妥帖的小菜主食挑花眼。 山食堂：草坪，石橋美如畫，食堂的光本身就是熨燙心靈的所在。8家檔口各有特色。 阿那亞瀾也酒店是一個適合放空、靜養、感受四季的地方。雖然園區不大，但因為有了這羣“眼裡有活、心裏有光”的工作人員，讓這裏變得格外温暖。已經計劃入冬後再來泡一次雪景私湯，一定又是另一種治癒。

The room was really good, spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good, Chinese cuisine. The only inconvenience (really unpleasant) was the fact that they did not have real towels, just some disposable pieces of tissue that got wet immediately. Unthinkable.

Stayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

This was without question one of the most beautiful and memorable stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere and heartfelt, which made the experience even more special. The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasn’t just food—it was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home. I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Host was super friendly and very hospitable. Started off by waiting for us outside the homestay awaiting our arrival @ 12 am at night. Drove us to and from Jinshanling. Also drove us out to beijing for another hour. Very knowledgeable and shared with us the history of the Great Wall too. Would definitely come back here on my next visit. Thank you! 😁

Our stay at Shanhai Premium Guesthouse was an incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating experience! The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. Berhampiran dengan Jinshanling, anda boleh melihat Tembok Besar dengan beberapa orang pada awal petang. Halaman mempunyai persekitaran yang indah dan kemudahan yang sangat baik, terutamanya bilik mandi. Ia layak menjadi hotel yang besar, jauh lebih baik daripada B&B. Terdapat jalan makanan di sebelah hotel, dan terdapat rumah ladang berdekatan di mana anda boleh makan makanan ladang. Kanak-kanak seronok bermain di halaman rumah. Kecuali ia agak mahal semasa cuti, tidak ada salahnya.

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
