Hotel berhampiran Biemlfdlkk, Chengdu

和陪朋友約好到成都玩一趟，因為到的飛機很晚，所以找了附近的酒店，快凌晨了從機場接我到酒店，全程工作人員都很熱情周到，特別暖心，還給我推薦成都哪裡好玩的，提醒我在外要注意安全，真的很棒！酒店很乾凈整潔，住的也放心！

Hotel service was excellent and the counter staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient and easily accessible to many places.

首先酒店地理位置非常好 離城市市中心大概20分的時間，酒店也提供了非常好的服務，讓我在出行方面非常便捷，酒店周邊也有很多高端的，具有特色的餐廳和商場，欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒，服務人員都非常的有耐心，這次成都之旅非常愉快，酒店也包含免費接送機服務，下次來還會選擇這家酒店

旅館位置好，交通方便，超市和小吃街就在門前，性價比高。該有的東西（瓶裝水、吹風機、水壺、毛巾、一次性用具等）都有，除了肥皂和廁紙。廁所不是坐式的，淋浴就在廁所上掛着，淋浴時會有不便。我定的是禁煙房，但直至離去房裡一直都有煙的味道。工作人員不真誠，第一晚到時我被告知我訂的房間沒有了，給我換了一間房，要第二天換房（我總共住兩晚），我問詳情工作人員不答。第二天問起這是工作人員衹說要重置房卡，我問起換房間的事情衹說解決了，再問緣由又不答。再過一天我預約送機時隨口問了一句費用（隱約記得接20，送15但拿不太准），工作人員說20，我問不是接20送15嗎？回答接送一樣，我反駁網站上和客服上不是這麼寫的，工作人員才“妥協”，稱“那就15吧”。我隨後翻了聊天記錄，送機確實收15，而不是工作人員聲稱的20塊，這一點還需要留意。接送機服務都很好，很及時，送機因為拼車原因盡量多預備一些時間。綜合來說還是滿意的。

四天川西遊的疲憊被這家酒店治癒了，設施新而且齊全，床墊軟硬剛好，整個設計住起來非常舒適，11樓還有免費自助洗衣乾衣機和健身房。前台幾位小哥哥小姐姐服務態度都特別好，很人性化，我們早上七點的飛機，能幫我們安排好五點送機。就是房間暖氣太足了，睡得有點熱，哈哈。

整體來説是家不錯的酒店,服務態度很好,環境也不錯，床鋪得好平整，衞生乾淨,設施齊全,周圍好吃的也挺多的，有個龍橋市場，裏面16:00左右有好多小吃和鹵味，買個水果吃個飯都挺近的,他們家1樓還有洗衣房，烘乾機和掛燙機洗衣服方便,直線1公里左右有成都比較大型的奧特萊斯，各大牌都有，很適合下午沒事去逛逛，附近也有公交站和地鐵，交通便利,大堂還有充電寶可以用，一點都不用擔心手機會沒電,床墊枕頭睡着都很舒服，房間整潔,他們家餐廳裏的自助麪條很不錯,炒的臊子好吃，前台服務員也熱心推薦了讓我們去嘗一下如家這碗麪她們説如家這碗麪就是餐廳裏的去嚐了一下挺不錯了,餐廳大姐也很和藹可親,特別進來才到前台的時候服務員都很禮貌都有問好,如家越做越好越做越棒了!以後有機會定還會回來他們家住的,出差旅遊首選如家給她們點贊推薦大家和朋友一起來玩訂這家酒店,這是我近期住過性價比最高的一家酒店,值得入住。

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺
