OMG, this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. All was perfect! You will even have your own private butler. Kimchi and Xiaowen did a great job. We told them we have the have our laundry done before 7 am the next day and they delivered! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with great views and location. Special shoutout for the staff members (especially Tang Tang and Ran Ran) who provided great service and support.

Overall, I had a very positive experience! What I liked: great location, spacious room, nice view from the window, excellent service — the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, good price amazing value for money! The room looked exactly like the photos — everything was in great condition. What could be improved: The automatic light in the small hallway when you enter the room turns off after about 10 seconds — not enough time to take off your shoes or coat, and you can only turn it back on from the main room. Also, there are not enough hooks for towels. The hand towel just lies on the counter, and the bath towel can only be hung inside the shower, where it gets damp. Wi-Fi could be better — it felt a bit slow, although that might just be the general internet situation in China.

Very good hotel and super value for money. Great view，nice room, superb location for tourists. In particular, the service quality provided by the staff is better than some 5 stars hotels I have stayed in other countries. All the staff are very attentive and responsive. Special thanks to 小文，泡菜，堂堂，媛媛，兰兰，小花 all these lovely 小管家。

Visited this place with my cousin, really good environment it is right above the 天府广场 metro. There is an underground pass that links the metro and the hotel which we found out. There’s KKV and many options nearby to shop and eat! The best was it is right beside M stand a coffee store. The service by the crew was also top notch, you can actually get the butler to collect your food deliveries up to your room for you. Additionally the cleaner does goes the extra mile to even help organise our handphone chargers with a cable tie. Loved the bath outside and the separated shower areas . The room we were given even had a big piece of mirror for a daily OOTD! The only negative point is that you can near the door slam if someone close too hard. Other than that, 5/5 for service, location and amenities!

The service in Iseya has been impeccable especially 小文 and 泡菜. They are very helpful, provide timely assistance with almost instant replies . They reached out daily to us and make sure our needs are accommodated .

Wonderful place to stay in Chengdu! Very central and perfect for our time in this great city. Service is impeccable and our housekeeper was amazing. The room was perfect,there was a lot of amenities available, loved the view and the vibe in this room. High pressure shower, english speaker staff, great sound system (Bose speakers). I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that should be fixed is the noisy steam fireplace.

Seriously, Shiye's butler service is just phenomenal! Located in Baiyang Tower, the secure access system provides such a sense of safety. Tianfu Square is right downstairs, the subway entrance is just a few steps away, and Chunxi Road is within easy walking distance. The butler sent directions in advance, helped carry our luggage upon arrival, and even spotted a wet patch on the floor when we entered the room, politely warning us to 'watch your step' – that's real attention to detail! They also thoroughly walked us through how to use the projector and the audio system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a truly stunning panoramic view of the square. It's mesmerizing to watch the city's pulse, from the daytime traffic to the glittering lights at night. Imagine relaxing in the tub while listening to music through the BOSE sound system! Plus, 24/7 on-demand food delivery is available. After just one stay, I'm completely hooked! This will absolutely be my top choice for any future visits to Chengdu!

The butler service, especially from the young lady, was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. The service here truly exemplifies Chengdu's renowned hospitality, and the room itself felt exceptionally comfortable throughout our stay. Conveniently located directly opposite three major museums, the hotel also boasted a generously sized 2.7-meter bed, ensuring we could all rest comfortably, even with a child. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling windows on our high floor offered a fantastic view.

We stayed only for 3 days, but the place is amazing. The panoramic view can be enjoyed more than this :). Location was convenient with clarets connectivity to the subway and walking distance to the nearby shopping streets. Xuemei and Lanlan helped us sooner out some minor logistical challenges, arranged a custom breakfast outside of the regular hours and made the stay perfect.
