Heritage Hotel

Had an excellent stay at the Heritage Hotel. The ambiance is exceptional, instantly transporting you away from the outside world the moment you step inside. The room was spotless, with fresh air and a comfortable, serene atmosphere. The bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep with no disturbances. A special mention to the onsite travel photographer, who did an amazing job capturing beautiful travel photos of our group (4 people). We all loved both the photos and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Helpful and friendly staffs Amazing tea house on site with amazing afternoon tea and breakfast Kids loved the room with a slide built in which allows them to slide from their upstairs bedroom down to the living room Situated right in the city for added convenience Will definitely come back next time!

Just awesome. The hotel is beautifully designed but we booked the hotel and were not informed that the normal breakfast room is closed due to construction, which was annoying (therefore the reduction of the rating). Service is awesome!

Highly recommended location to stay in chengdu in a heritage hotel. Loads of food nearby and walking distance to nearby tourist attraction as well as train station too! Breakfast was great with wide variety and tasty as well.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was not just accommodation but an experience! Thoughtfully prepared environment, coupons for tea, a photoshoot - the whole experience was rejuvenating and made me feel so special On the last day the owner waited for my taxi with me and made it feel like a family member was seeing me off Must stay! Great location! Great breakfast and a heavenly bed!!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for 2 nights, it is located around the lively neighborhood area and 15 to 20 mins walking distance to Chunxi Road and Taikooli. The entire hotel highlights the heritage and environment preservation as you can see from room amenities and interior design. The hotel staffs showed their hospitality with heart and care, especially Mr. Cui who initiated small talk with us whenever he saw us. Hotel breakfast was decent with adequate selection of local cuisine. We also booked the photography session with professional photographer, highly recommend to book in advance. We would definitely visit again whenever we come to Chengdu!

This is a boutique hotel that's built by remodeling an older structure. They did a great job retaining the heritage look while modernizing the interior. We felt comfortable in the hotel room. However, because they were restricted by the space of the original structure, despite their efforts, the room that we stayed in had very little sitting area on the first floor. There were plenty of space to rest in the loft on top of the slide though. Also, the slide is pretty fast so I had to go down the slide with my 4yo daughter The best thing about the hotel was the service. The staff was super helpful! We asked them to help us with laundry, dry cleaning, shuttle service, places to eat, and they took care of just about everything except paying for the service :D Breakfast was included and it's really good! There's also a free afternoon tea, which takes place at the tea shop that had really good tea and sweets. There's cafes next door that you can order from and bring to the tea shop if you need more than snacks. Oh! there's also a professional photo shoot you can purchase. they can provide traditional chinese clothing for women (men and children would have to bring their own), and take really good photos on the premise. I'd definitely go back to this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone.

We were very satisfied. The rooms are very good with a unique design. The small terrace with the spring is really good. Also the breakfast with the fresh noodles and dumplings is convincing. We would come back for another stay
