We get the best Receptionist service with smiling face... Arrived in Chengdu 5am..reach Hotel 7.30am.. With elder 7x + Kid 10years old, temperature around 6-7degree...Request early Checkin..straight arrange for us go in room rest.. Very appreciated... Every morning meet Room cleaner with full face smiling... Make us feel so warming... Breakfast... May be not peak season... Arrange according to our confortable time... 🥰🥰🥰... Receptionist really make our trip feel goods + ADD value to the Floral hotel ...

I recently stayed at this amazing Tibet-themed hotel in Chengdu, and it was fantastic! The room was super spacious and clean, making it really comfortable. The staff were all so welcoming and genuinely caring, which made the experience even better. One of my favourite spots was the little café in the hotel—it had this great view of the street. At night, it was absolutely stunning with all the lights from the buildings. Plus, being close to the tube station was super handy for getting around. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you're in Chengdu, definitely check it out!

This boutique hotel has a destructive ******* style. It locates on a beautiful street of traditional buildings. Young and charming desk girls are very charming and always willing to help us. The mini hotel is 10 min walking distance to the city’s famous tourist site “Wide and Narrow Alleys”. We enjoyed our stays there.

Pleasant and warm bed and breakfast, with a ******* touch. Great location on edge of Culture Park and near Wide and Narrow Alleys also a plus. Kind staff, comfortable bed.

Nice boutique hotel at a great location. The owner is very friendly. The wet room is a little small - it is combined with the bathroom. Otherwise stay was great.

從雲南旅遊回來路過成都、選擇了這家名宿、非常滿意哦、美女老闆娘很熱心、民宿就在寬窄巷子不遠、走路去人民公園10來分鐘就到了、裝修也很復古風、暖氣也很好、自駕遊的停車也方便、就停門口、還是寵物友好名宿、給美女老闆娘一個大讚、以後再來成都一定會繼續選擇住這裏.

先説好的，酒店允許帶狗狗這個很不錯，其次來説説問題，床單被套一股潮濕的味道，房間還得在爬一段台階，對於帶長者入住的不是很方便，服務父母講特別好，這個給五星，設施衹能説很一般，中規中矩，不好也不差。

酒店緊靠寬窄巷子，地鐵站，人民公園，出行方便，帶有露台，老闆小姐姐很熱情，幫我們提行李，知道我們下午走，早餐就提前幫我們上了下午茶，還有她老家的核桃，體驗感滿分💯
