Hotel was very modern looking. The hotel staff, specifically Xinghe, was great. Very helpful with answering all our questions and reccomending us places to eat. We liked the big bathtub and mirrors on the ceiling 🤠 The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. The curtains close with a click of a button. Would stay again if revisiting Chengdu.

Room is mostly for couples, if ur staying with group of friends . It will be kinda awkward.. the toilet is visible from the bed and nothing to block. U can see everything. Otherwise location is really good near TaiKoo Li.. literally next door only.. oh ya.. those first time to locate lobby.. find the building main lift and go to Lvl 4.. rooms will only be at Lvl 1,2&3.. that’s it.. low floor hotel room

The location was perfect! Food, shopping and drinks are all within walking distance. The front desk staff A and cleaning lady was super helpful in finding back my rings and my husband’s outer coat when we have conveniently forgotten about it as we moved to the next destination. The room itself and cleanliness was so-so. Swimming pool and gym is in the basement of the building but you will need to pay to use it. The heater in the room was not working. Was trying to increase temperature to 28 degrees but it kept on getting stocked at 25 degree despite the screen showing the higher temperature for a while.

The location is great, the bed is comfortable.
Downside: The building is next to a busy road and the window doesn’t close properly. I asked the receptionist to fix it and he called a maintenance guy, but you could still hear the cars honking all night.

Only thing is it's really close to tai koo lane shoping district. The others categories are rather below expectation. Smoke smell, missing front desk service representative, forget to replace toilet paper, and just a lot of basics needs reinforcing.
