Was the best Shangri lah hotel Ive stayed at, the service was immaculate! All the hotel workers were extremely kind and nice to us.

Perfect place. My last paradise. Everything is perfect; foods, rooms, amenities, pools, beach, program, staff, weather, services and etc. Love it love it love it

A dream place, paradise, there are two private beaches, 4 restaurants, pampering rooms, dream pools. The whole stay there felt like a dream.

Nice environment and friendly staff. Though the price is relatively high as compared with other resorts, Shangri-La offers high quality of service. Would come back again.

Amazing service and location!! Wonderful place, enjoyable, had fun, convenient for boat rides.

Amazing hotel and views! Hotel maintenance is super good. You just have to have some luck with the weather as it can unpredictable change.

The Shanghai-la Boracay was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional, and personable. The amenities were up to date and very nice! Robert and Nessar from the beach bar were so nice and made sure we were always taken care of! Melissa from the seafood restaurant was so kind and recommended many delicious dishes! The villa was definitely worth the extra money. It was very big and offered great amenities. The villa was spacious with different seating areas where you could enjoy the sun or relax in the shade! They warned us about “wild animals” but we didn’t experience any. The pool was very big and also offered seating to sun bathe while enjoying it. The ocean was very clean and crystal clear! The beach serving staff were great even when you didn’t ask for anything. They brought around cold towels and ice water. It was my friends birthday and they made many efforts to make sure she felt special on her day. This included cakes, decorations, birthday songs and so much more! Very nice! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Boracay. Some negatives: while very very delicious, the food and drinks were a bit over priced. I expected to pay more for a 5 star resort however I still considered it to be a bit high. Also, I wish the villa cleaning services came sooner rather than later in the afternoon. Maybe have a time selection for cleaning times based on guest preferences. The last thing would be to offer a later checkout or waiting services/ offer if you have a later flight. The airport is very small and very close to the hotel. The jetty ride is only a few minutes and bus ride is even shorter. It would have been nice to not wait in an airport with no accommodations for less time. Besides that, my stay was so wonderful! Would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If your budget allows, don’t hesitate to book. Boracay Shangri-la will be worth every penny you spend!

Despite being at 98% occupancy, the resort didn’t overall feel too crowded which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean with stunning views of the sea from the balcony. Perfect to have a sundowner on before heading for dinner! Whilst there, we ate at three restaurants on the result cart from casual to more fine dining. Solid but not outstanding. Would recommend for sure if we were to travel back to Boracay

Cheerful and helpful staff, high quality of food but the renovation should be made on low peak which made a bit noisy.

Our personal butler served us with utmost care. The treehouse villa was exceptional. We enjoyed the private dinner.

Typical lovely shangrila resort. Overall service good and staff very friendly and engaged. A few issues with leaking toilet and broken phone as well as lack of clear expectations towards visitor policy. If looking to be isolated it definitely meets that requirement with own private beach. But if you want to get to main eating and shopping area then need 20 minutes shuttle or tuk tuk.

Good property, very clean. Some staff are brilliant, and some are terrible. The overall experience was good, but a few bad fruits ruined it. One of the staff members in one of the restaurants was very ******, and told us that we can't book the outdoor table, but when we went we were told someone had booked it. Which means it could have been booked. We were on our honeymoon, and yet except some decorations and a bottle of wine, there wasn't anything special. We even requested that we get private dining on our anniversary date and were told not available, instead of providing a viable alternative. Also, on one of the days, there was waiting for breakfast, for such a 5 star property I don't expect to have to wait for breakfast, the capacity should be enough for all of the guests. Also, whilst taking a bath, one of the curtains came lose and fell on me, causing major bleeding on one of my fingers, and all we were offered was an apology. The whatsapp service and the other staff overall were very good, but a few bad ones ruin it for everyone. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are great. Huge amount of things to do, and by far the best property in boracay.
