We have pleasant during our stay 3 night .check in and check out easy and smooth .receptionist staffs friendly and professionally attentive to service .the hotel reception counter at level 6 same with the room we stay .The lobby are spaces and cosy have seating area and this hotel have gym facilities for workout . Room are superb spacious and modern decor concepts,room tidy and clean .the bed set are good quality given 2 pillow 2 set each soft ,bedsheet quilt cover are made good quality stuff .we feel comfortable, theair-conditioners are work well cool Found out special in room the curtain open and close with switch operate. Provide body and hair shampoo dispenser generous. We like the shampoo make it smell like perfumes ,towel bath are good quality And bathroom layout good and modern offering .compliment mini snack and candy in room really pleasant surprise the hotel gesture.all delicious. Overall experience really pleasant stay there . Plus+ the room have long bench to put thing.beside other table . the hotel located near tianfu square subway Station line 1 Blue walk to exist F tunnel turn left side staircase up .about 100meter reach . Tip use Alipay app open Didi app inside you can type the address it will point the hotel show direction and you atlarge thescreen it show detail location surrounding . I use didi app move around writing in english. Lastly like to thanks to all staff at reception that we met they are very helpful friendly and promptly service provider.

Good location. Near subway, surounded by food and fashion stores which is located in the subway. Staff could speak better english conpared to the norm here. Clean rooms and hallways. Have gym and tea services and breakfast is very fullfilling. Has a laundry room. We're a family from Thailand and this hotel is a good deal for us. We'll definetly come back next time.

Hotel is new and the stuff is very helpful. The reception was very kind to give us package breakfast.

My room was next to the Main Street so it’s was noisy. If you are light sleeper make sure you request the room that facing the small alley way.

Great location. Staff helpful. Breakfast has generous variety. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and ambience good.

The location was hard to find. The entrance is on a small alley and no signs (especially in englisch) so it took us a bit to find it. It's located on the 6th floor. Rooms and reception are newly renovated, breakfast was good.

Stuff is excellent, location couldnt be better. Rooms are new and very clean. Plus is that you have washing maschine.

เดินทางสะดวกมาก tianfu square Exit F อยู่ชั้น7ของตึก ห้องกว้างมาก สะอาดมาก ห้องเก็บเสียงได้ดีมาก ผ้าม่านบังแสงได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมทำให้ฉันได้พักผ่อนสบายจนตื่นสายเลย ระแวกนั้นเต็มไปด้วยร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ ร้านขายของมากมาย เดินทางไปเที่ยว Chunxi road ได้อย่างง่ายดายเพียงรถไฟฟ้า1สถานี

โรงแรมมาตรฐานเก็บเสียงดี พนักงานดีมากมีจิตบริการ พอออกมาจาก Metro ให้ขึ้นบันไดขึ้นมาพื้นดิน เจอตึกนี้เข้าซอยเล็ก โรงแรมอยู่ชั้น 6 ถ้าเดินไปสุดซอยจะมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ 2-3 ร้าน ส่วนชั้นใต้ดิน tianfu square มี food court
