Staff at the front desk need a bit more training. Stayed for 2 days and realised the front desk was not very helpful or lacked the willingness to help. Halfway thru my stay, room temperature kept rising, and i called the front desk. I expect the front desk to at least update the status but none bother to until I went downstairs cos i cannot stand the heat and then only I was told ”oh the aircon broke down, you mean you called earlier?” Maybe I didn't, my soul did.
