Hotel berhampiran Max Mara(CD-IFS), Chengdu

1) Good location over looking taikoo li with street food or restaurant available within the vicinity. 2) great service - front desk able to converse on English n polite. Offered few activities for me to explore in chengdu. 3) clean room n offer late check out. Maybe it wasn't a peak period during my stay. Things to improve. 1) would be good to have a universal travel plug for international travellers. 2) the automated blinds should be down with just 1 push of button instead of holding the button for 2-3 secs.

if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

Good Location near city center chunxi road. Staff member are also very nice and helpful. It was clean. The only thing was just that the door isn‘t really soundproof, so you can hear people from the floor outside. Overall good stay!!

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

Biliknya agak besar~ Kami melancong sebagai keluarga empat orang, dan katilnya cukup besar untuk saya dan suami tidur dengan bayi Tidak ramai~ Kebersihannya cukup baik, dan sikap layanan wanita itu di meja depan juga sangat bagus~ Saya memberikan anak-anak selipar dan berus gigi yang comel ~Sarapan pagi sangat sedap, kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya~Terdapat pelbagai jenis dan rasa yang enak~Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan makanannya~Jika Saya datang ke Chengdu lagi pada masa akan datang, saya akan pertimbangkan tempat ini~

It is a walk from taikoo li of about 15 to 20 mins.it is 5 mins walk from the subway (2nd hospitals station). The building is in front of a big busy hospital (room facing city) and rather noisy ...even at night Hard to find the hotel entrance at ground floor as the hotel signage is not big or clear. There are many little shops or eateries around . The hotel reception at ground floor is small but the ladies at reception are helpful and nice. I have asked for a high floor room facing city. It is a mistake as the rooms at high floors are quite worn out and old and the room facing city/hospital is noisy. The carpet at the walkway on the floor are very old and dirty. The room is a quite well designed and nice. However they need to touch up and do renewal / renovation of the furniture and wall paints , floor., toilet...etc. once renovated, the room should be 1st class. I like the wooden furniture in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable. I am sure that the rooms facing the courtyard are quiet. The restaurant at 4/F has great food at good price. I have enjoyed eating my lunch and dinner. There is also a nice restaurant nearby (turn left once you come out of the hotel) . It is 20 meters away but you have to walked the stairs up to 3/F. Overall, it is a great place provided that they renovate the rooms and walkway and the elevator. Chengdu is a great tourist city with many good food, historical cultures and sceneries !!!

Excellent location within 1 min from Niuwangmiao metro and convenient access to food stores, convenient stores, and even a shopping mall right opposite. But cleanliness needs way lot more improvement and amenities are old and run-down.

Great location, walking distance to Wu Hou and Jinli Ancient Town. Hotel staffs are helpful too. There are shops - souvenir, restaurant, luggage in the same row as the hotel. Complimentary breakfast - would recommend to go earlier as seats are limited

The location was perfect but was a bit disappointing to be asked to pay money for washing the sheets. And a bit uncomfortable place to work if you are looking to work as tables and chairs aren’t suitable for it.

5 of us went stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We were lucky to have found this place where there are so many room choices. However, we wanted 2 rooms to be on the same floor but there was no infor as such while booking. It will be helpful if Hotel can give choices like this to customers. Also, it is important to mention the number of toilets in each room. All the details are important while booking. 3 of us shared a room with 2 double beds. It will be great if they can provide 4 single beds instead. There is no mirror in the room so a little inconvenient as there is only 1 in the toilet. If you come from overseas like us, remember to bring multipurpose plugs. it will be better If hotel can change to usb power socket. The room we booked was a Family suite for at least 3 adults. But they only proved slippers and towels for 2. The location is great. Outside hotel there are many restaurants and stalls. We bought fruits every night. Receptionists are all very helpful. They recommend us to a few places. They also help us to collect parcels ! Really great service.
