It was a very nice place to stay! The receptionist messaged us beforehand, she wanted to make sure we were aware that we had booked a room with a 1.5 m wide bed. In my opinion it's a comfortable size for a double bed, but maybe some people like a wider one. This information was already specified during our booking, which I think demonstrates their professionalism: they want to prevent any disappointment, even if the guest unintentionally misses this information at the time of booking. The hotel is easy to find and only a 12 min walk from the train station.

Rattan chairs shaded by banana leaves, gurgling water landscaping, and even lemongrass planted in the gaps of the stone slabs! It instantly takes you to Chiang Mai in time and space! ! Facilities: The facilities and equipment are relatively new, but the makeup mirror in this room can't stand up. This room can also be released for guests to live in. Whether the room inspection standard is up to standard. (The bedding made by the eldest sister is not very good-looking. I changed the room 3 times after staying for 4 days. Each room has a bedding. It is really not very good) Hygienic: The sanitary environment is average, the toilet has a counter-odorous smell Environment: The environment is quiet, the window is particularly bright and comfortable Service: For the service, I can give 4 stars, it is for the staff who helped me carry my luggage to the new room and handle this process. At nearly 14 o'clock, when I was outside, I remembered to call the hotel and said that I would continue to live, telling me that I had checked out (how did the luggage in my room arrange for me?), the phone said to upgrade the room for me, and I didn't upgrade any room at all. It is relatively not as good as the original room type (I don't feel that I have enjoyed any service, compared to this room type when I placed an order myself). And I have changed rooms. Should I change the pillows I added for me? Every day I go back to the hotel very late, and I have to call to add new ones. One night is gone. Normally, I will change all my use to a new room.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, bright, and most importantly is free from any smoke smell. The hotel rooms are located on the 29th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. There are plenty of eateries just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. If you’d like to explore more food options, Chengdudong Railway Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away and has even more choices. Highly recommended! Although it’s actually a residential building, Hakoe occupies the entire floor and feels just like a proper hotel. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the lift , it’s still quite slow, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall great stay.
