Hotel berhampiran Tom Ford, Chengdu

Хороший чистый отель в центре Ченду. Рядом много магазинов, красивая дорога, сувениры, уличная еда. В отеле есть бесплатная прачечная, что было очень полезно для меня. Персонал вежлив и приятен. Однозначно советую

Saya memilih hotel ini untuk perjalanan saya ke Chengdu kali ini. if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

剛落地成都已經很晚了隨手預訂的一家，環境還不錯，工作人員服務態度很好有問必答還推薦去哪裡吃飯，電腦網速快設備還不錯，高樓層風景也很好，晚上其實不怎麼吵，還有茶具和浴袍，打電話給前台要東西送得也很快，會再來

Good Location near city center chunxi road. Staff member are also very nice and helpful. It was clean. The only thing was just that the door isn‘t really soundproof, so you can hear people from the floor outside. Overall good stay!!

Staff are very friendly. When we arrived and found out there was a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room, they immediately upgraded us to a suite. When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye. The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…) - The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful. - The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient. - My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside. - The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub. - The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect, well connected by metro with all the attractions, and the area is very nice. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. The front desk team is great. Very helpful! Congrats!
