!!! Most fabulous uncomfortable stay!! Hi internet, Trust on a brand is always a foolish thing ever,My stay was thankfully for two nights only and I had a beautiful sleepless nights. Check in : I was assisted by a beautiful lady Ms.Krishna did a express check-in which took only 45 mins,offered a room in 6th floor #617. Housekeeping: 1st night requested for a extra water tumbler and I got a reply from the housekeeping guy that " hotel is full and we don't have extra glass" . Cleanliness: Most for the surface tops are super dusty and specially cupboards are beautifully layered with dust and unfortunately I placed my black bag which turned white underneath. *Hot water has timings so when you visit please take hot water shower only in the morning between 7-9am. *AC by mistake is replaced with central fans which only maintains temperature 24C and u feel like sleeping under stars specially in Chennai. Room service:Its sooo awkward to come down and plates and spoons to your room and at one point you feel like your are in accor group hostels . Standing at elevator with 3 plates three spoons and forks. At the end thank you so much team OYO sorry accor hotels for a memorable and non returnable experience. Phani A

India Chennai Ibis Chennai Sipcot - An Accord Brand We would like to recommend this Hotel Ibis Chennai Sipcot - An Accord Brand, because my staying there was a fabulous! I had a chance to stay in this hotel many days & enjoy a kind attitude from staff of that Hotel. Everything is nice, clean & new there: furniture, bed’s stuff (soft mattress and pillows), washroom’s stuff (the towels new, soft and smell fresh). There is a nice bar with friendly bar tenders, kind attitude, fast service and yummy drinks🍹! They have a big menu includes Indian and European food. Chefs can cook for you even Mediterranean yummy food, as well! 🥗 There is a convenient location. So close to Kovalam beach where you can enjoy brizz and beautiful view of the sea. Thamo is a good as bar tender. His service was excellent and looking forward to come again and for such service but upset about the loo it was unexpected went loo 3rd time and it was still dirty after informing front desk they were asking did u informed someone which i really felt it was unexpected as a accor brand i never expected the people willl ask such a unexpected question did u inform someone or not.7

Very nice hotel to stay... clean rooms 👌 excellent... Mr. Jorambe doing customer friendly staff... I had stayed with my kids.. thay were also enjoyed... I strongly suggest to my friends and relatives. Breakfast is very tasty with lot of varieties..

The room is spacious and clean !! Reception was quick in check in the room. Perfect Peaceful ambiance to enjoy your stay !! Little outside the city so that you are away from pollution ! Little far away from the airport so you have to take a taxi !!

My recent stay in ibis was excellent, room la are very comfortable, front office services was very good staff are very helpful, ms. Debopriya is very friendly, and helpful, I love the food, and housekeeping services was excellent 😊😊 …….. Thank you

The team at the Ibis SIPCOT is fantastic. From Aditya, the sales manager to Yasmin at the reception had taken an exceptional care of me. They were all looking out for my comfort at hotel during my stay. Wish the team success for their future.

Very good team, especially seniors who understood and addressed my concerns. One Mr Raaz’s hospitality was very good at the dining area. Mr Madhu, manager, I can say is a *** of lesser words very good in action and fast resolution! All in all a pleasurable stay.

I stayed here with my friend last week….weather of Chennai was really pleasant as well as the young energetic hospitality of the hotel … Especially SHRISH at front desk welcomed us with a kind gesture and greeted us very well…

I am in family work at Chennai …where my wife fall on road and broke her leg. I must be vocal on experience I hv received at Ibis Sipcot hotel. Security officer Mr. Prakash helped exceptional gesture by arranging wheel chair , helping from car to room, arranging all required for. I must I hv visited so many business hotel , this experience is top of all.., excellent works and hospitality guys…,,

I stayed at Ibis with some of my friends for sometime before I enjoyed a lot I meet with Mr. Raaz at the spice it bar he is very polite and gentle with good communication skills thanks to Mr. Raaz and keep it up
