Stayed here for 2 days and extended cos had midnight flight to catch. The TV in the room is just for deco, no use for it. Told the reception, but no action was taken Room has weird like paint smell, which is very unpleasant. Food varieties for the breakfast buffet almost the same each day of my stay. Hospitality of the staffs are above average. Amenities of the hotel need to be improved as the room charges are quite expensive for a 3 star hotel.

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by , Overall very good hotel for reasonable price .

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

The location was great and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff was courteous and well behaved. The food and selection of drinks was good too. Overall, it was a good stay.

1、地段黃金地段，臨近地鐵和spence plaza商場，離EAmall也很近，離機場20分鐘車程，24小時能get到車。 2、價格便宜，相對酒店硬件/環境/服務很一般，早餐業很難吃，水果清洗不乾淨。

I just completed a great stay at Ibis city centre Chennai. While they have limited choices in the rooms but overall service is pretty warm. Special thanks to Mahmud in the Spiceit restaurant for his impeccable service and hospitality. Look forward to visit again! Regards Prince

The Ibis C.C.C. is a clean hotel located in a vibrant neighbourhood. The staff is amazing as well as the breakfast. The room was fairly small- in line with the pictures shown and uploaded online. Maintenance was done as our air conditioning was not properly working and could hardly be regulated until we checked out. As we travelled down south of Tamil Nadu, staff helped communicate with several drivers! Great Independence Day celebrations on the 15th of August with small presents given to guests! Keep going, Ibis!
