Lovely hotel very central location. Good choices to eat, beautiful roof top bar with view of castle and the sea.

Very friendly service by the staffs everywhere. Great location within walking distance from all the places of interest. Only wish that they have USB ports by the bedside though. This has been a standard at other hotels I have been.

Hotel is big, a bit old in general, but it was comfortable. Room has everything what we needed, it is spacious and also has the amazing city view. Very good breakfast. Tram 28 stop and metro are right near the hotel. Supermarket is in the same building.

Excellent location. Close to Tram 28 station and metro station. Presence of supermarket on the ground floor. Spacious, tidy and comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect with sufficient choice of food and drinks. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the number of elevators was limited so the waiting time was a little bit long. But I would still recommend Hotel Mundial.

I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!

Decent hotel with great location in a walking distance of many interesting places in Lissabon. Staff is friendly and helpful, every question answered with a smile. Breakfast do not leave much room for complaint. Roof terrace might be additional plus in spring/summer time.

The location is great. Tram No. 28 is right outside, and the staff are friendly. Slippers are provided upon request. Portugal doesn't have many hotels that are child-friendly, so this hotel is a good choice in that regard. The breakfast is not overly extensive, but has a decent selection and is quite tasty. There's also a large supermarket next door, which is nice, but it closes around 9 p.m.

The location is excellent. The rooftop view is amazing. There are too many group tours, making it difficult to relax quietly. The facilities are too old and drainage is poor. Not a good value. Would not recommend.

Since it is located very close to Puerta del Sol, you can easily access the Royal Palace and Museum Street. However, since the hotel is located on one floor of the building, it may be a little difficult to find the entrance. Also, there were fewer amenities than I expected. There were no trash cans in the rooms. There were no tissues either. I think you need to be careful about that. Also, although there are multiple SSIDs for WiFi, none of them are fast (YouTube playback frequently stopped, which was a bit stressful).

The location is ok, the hotel breakfast is a bit simple, the elevator capacity is average. The wait time is quite long during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet is a bit lacking and the menu is monotonous.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the facilities and equipment are outdated and inconvenient to use. The breakfast was quite inadequate. I won't be staying here again.
