Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Front Desk(Forgot the name) was very efficient and professional while Check in. All in All wonderful stay! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

Overall the room was very fantastic but only the nitpicking thing is that the bathroom was not very spacious.

ベッドのシーツが交換はされているが、シミが沢山残っていた。部屋の湿度が高いため、ベッドのシーツや枕について、よくホテルで感じられるサラサラの肌触り、清潔感が感じられなかった。枕のカバーは交換されているが、枕本体を見るとかなりのシミがついており、不快だった。 全体的に設備の整備、交換や清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。清潔感が平均レベルにいっていない気がします。 従業員やスタッフの関係や仕組みが影響しているのであれば、国際的な標準レベルに到達できるように改善が早急に必要です。 朝食については満足しております。これだけが救いです。 アクセスはチェンナイ市内中心部や空港からは離れているため、Uber等を利用しての行き来が必要となります。メトロが工事中です。メトロが開通することで、アクセスはかなり改善されると考えます。

Horrible experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Their claim of being a 4 star hotel is a farce. I have never stayed at a worst Marriott hotel ever (I am a platinum member and have frequently stayed at other Marriott hotels in last 8 years). This stay is a case study in how a hotel stay could go so wrong - broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom and room and torn bed sheet (not for me but by colleague). Coffee machine at breakfast was out of order and so many of the options at the breakfast were unavailable. Please avoid at all cost!

I had a long stay here , the room is cozy and comfortable. They have good service and house keeping staff Rahul keeps it tody and neat makes me feel comfortable on each day. The other staff have been polite and were helpful. Particularly there is no need to worry about the language barrier. The Chef prepares amazing variety of dishes never miss the breakfast. The waiters ensures I'm always full 😁 I had a great stay here.

This hotel is great for value. The staff were friendly and helpful including front of desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff. We stayed in a suite with executive lounge access. The staff were very helpful and made sure the kids were happy. Service at breakfast was great. We received Diwali gifts on checkout.

Except bedding and shower water pressure everything was very good. All hotel staff particularly Front office Staff Saranya and service staff Mahibul Shaikh were too good. Breakfast was tasty and with sufficient variety of items. I didn't try for lunch or dinner here because of other personal inconveniences.

Good hotel. Still not up to the other Marriott standards. Staff are good in service at dining and housekeeping from Rahul. Food is an over priced and does not feel worth that price for quality. No liquor served at hotel. Equipment’s in the room are little old and don’t work properly.

Enjoyed the stay. Rahul Dari has been a great guy who supported & took care of the trip really well…. He has been cleaning the rooms on daily basis & maintained everything very well. His behaviour is polite & gentle….hope to stay again & get him

Hotel and service is very good. Ambience is good. It is located in a place surrounded by all availabilities. Rooms are good. Hotel has nice maintained fitness centre. I appreciate Mr Saroj Kumar and his courtesy on Services at restaurant. He is humble and very prompt

His customer-centric approach truly stood out, as he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Whether it was a small request or a larger issue, he handled everything with professionalism and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. What impressed us the most was his warmth and willingness to help. It wasn’t just about solving issues, but about creating an environment where we felt valued and cared for. Great staff Moin khan,Biltu, Saranya, Shubham, Rohidur were very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend . I will definitely go here again If you are in Chennai you can enjoy a great stay .. .............................................
