Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand. Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning. Pillow is tooo soft. Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Front Desk(Forgot the name) was very efficient and professional while Check in. All in All wonderful stay! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

ベッドのシーツが交換はされているが、シミが沢山残っていた。部屋の湿度が高いため、ベッドのシーツや枕について、よくホテルで感じられるサラサラの肌触り、清潔感が感じられなかった。枕のカバーは交換されているが、枕本体を見るとかなりのシミがついており、不快だった。 全体的に設備の整備、交換や清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。清潔感が平均レベルにいっていない気がします。 従業員やスタッフの関係や仕組みが影響しているのであれば、国際的な標準レベルに到達できるように改善が早急に必要です。 朝食については満足しております。これだけが救いです。 アクセスはチェンナイ市内中心部や空港からは離れているため、Uber等を利用しての行き来が必要となります。メトロが工事中です。メトロが開通することで、アクセスはかなり改善されると考えます。

Horrible experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Their claim of being a 4 star hotel is a farce. I have never stayed at a worst Marriott hotel ever (I am a platinum member and have frequently stayed at other Marriott hotels in last 8 years). This stay is a case study in how a hotel stay could go so wrong - broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom and room and torn bed sheet (not for me but by colleague). Coffee machine at breakfast was out of order and so many of the options at the breakfast were unavailable. Please avoid at all cost!

Mahibul Shaikh and Rahidur Mondal Good cleaning,and make bed perfectly and good customer service When i got here in hotel they treat me with great service and make sure I am comfortable,it's a blessing for us to have them as our home keeper and a blessing for u too to have a nice house keeper Their department -House keeping Please give them extra pits

I am currently staying at Four Points by Sheraton, and I must say the housekeeping team is doing an exceptional job in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest comfort. I would like to specifically appreciate Rahul, whose dedication and attention to detail truly stand out. He consistently goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant and hassle-free. The rooms are impeccably clean, and everything is perfectly organized, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and commitment to excellence. Rahul’s friendly attitude and prompt service make him a valuable asset to the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Rahul and the housekeeping team for their hard work and for making my stay memorable.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the housekeeping staff at Four Points Sheraton for their exceptional service. They performed their duties impeccably and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I had an eye injury and needed towels for warm compression. They not only provided what I asked for but also thoughtfully offered me a handkerchief for convenience. Their attentiveness and anticipation of my needs truly made a difference. Great rooms with all the comfort expected. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very tasty and the service staff provided exceptional service. Our waiter Samir provided outstanding service during our 4 days stay and made our dining experience very pleasant.

Comfiest hotel I've ever stayed. Room service, food n all everything is upto the mark . This hotel is at best location, I mean the beach is also nearby. Food they served is quite delicious . Mr.Anup (housekeeping associate),he did his job very well,his cute little note made my day. Thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

A business hotel with no frills. However the staffs and crew (eg samir ) are always at their toes to try and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They try to recall what your preferences are on the first and try to repeat it the subsequent days. Thumbs up to all the servicing crew.
