As the name of the hotel suggests, it is a comfortable hotel. I arrived late at night and hence missed my morning breakfast having overslept. The sleep was extremely comfortable. The Delux room is spacious. Except for more cleanliness that is required, this hotel is worth the money. The location is astounding. Just opposite the airport.

Hotel has changed name and does not have international standard at all. Only 2 positives aspects: it is preatty clean and staff is kind and helpfull. for the rest nothing working properly: safe not working, fridge not working, wifi so so. doors, walls, carpets everything should be heavily renewed.

Pathetic place to stay. No cold water available, lift not working, had to climb 3rd floor. Cudnt get little curd for food. Bad place

An average stay I would say. Room was decent. Was very disappointed with the restroom. The shower space was too small where I could have injured myself with those sharp heavy pipes which was right below it. Elevator wasn’t operating on that particular day, so had to repeatedly climb up and down the stairs. Perk of this hotel is the food as they run a good Chettinad restaurant which is just below the hotel. Also very close to the airport. Roughly takes you inly 5-10 mins. Definitely not a room which is worth 3500-4000 per night. Trust me I have stayed at way better hotels around this price range.

Smelly attitude of the staff not friendly not good the price extra care to be given to the staff how to treat people in hospitality

The room appears to be a make shift floor added on the terrace. There were some rodents, which had eaten into the biscuit packets a sugar sachets. Reported the matter to the hotel, but no solution. My earlier stay with the same hotel in feb was good. The room provided was on the third floor and the same was ok. The breakfast also was just average with pathetic service.

Location -5 star; food- 4 star; however, the smoke smell was strong in the room, probably due to the previous traveler who might have smoked. The room should probably have been cleaned and refreshed with room spray.

Property was good. However, the food certainly need improvement and variety. Location is close to the airport.
