My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant. Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful. Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai. Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable. Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

Park hotel is a good hotel for the stay and food, especially six o one restaurant,my family enjoyed well and Ms kanchana did the bookings she is very flexible and it was a smooth process, really appreciated her work,thank you! Good to stay

這次從曙光村回金柰，還是選擇住在這裏。隔壁就是商場，對麪的俱樂部雖然離新的Express商場更近，但環境這裏更安靜。（圖一二是大堂一角）所有的服務人員都好客氣，耐心，熱情。房間升級到套房，真的物有所值！

Best hotel in chennai. One of the best service i have experienced till date. Really the service sets them apart from their competitors. Luxurious and royal treatment during the stay. Will definately come again.

I have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

Wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel! The employees went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and quick to respond with our requests. Five star service by everyone we met! The rooms are very big and beautifully designed. Stunning pool area. The breakfast is top notch and we really enjoyed the lounge area as well - perfect for a drink and to enjoy some live music. Great location with beautiful views!

The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Doorman and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders.
