Hotel Chennai dengan Spa

Enjoyed our stay in Accord. Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Breakfast spread was not bad. Quite convenient to go t.nagar shopping, takes around 5 min from the hotel.

The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel. The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant. The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India. It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time! It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable. The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there. The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it). . The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh and pleasant fragrance that created a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

My first time visit to this hotel which made me so memorable stay due to the hospitality recd fm staffs and front desk team. I was given free extension of my stay additional 3 hrs for whixj im so grateful to hotel management. Will come back soon and will be my favorite hotel always..

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

I’m satisfied with my stay at this hotel, the location is good and service and staff Miss Ankit from house keeping was helpful and cheerful, I would definitely choose to stay there again 👌

Nice spacious rooms. Not much amenities in surrounding areas though. Breakfast main spread.was mostly Indian cuisine. Could do with more fusion or international cuisine.

The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the shower had good water pressure Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel on OMR.
