Hotel berhampiran Anusawari Sam Kasat, Chiang Mai

A nice hotel with clean rooms and good service, perfect location: in the historical downtown that’s also not far from the airport. I wish the hotel had a gym. Also thicker doors (not to hear people in the corridor) and buffet style of breakfast (so a guest could try different dishes not just choose one) would be highly appreciated. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay 👏

Staff were excellent. Very happy to promote their beautiful city so they were very helpful in giving tips for a better stay in Chiangmai. Language wasn’t a barrier in this hotel. Location of hotel was excellent with good food outlets, local and exotic , located within 500m any directions. Many famous and beautiful temples within walking distance as well. Hotel condition is very new and clean. Sunday evening night market is in front of hotel.

Nicely located centre of old city as walking distance to nearby attractions. The room is spacious for solo traveller like me and the bed is comfy. The downside is the water pressure is quite low and there's no elevator as it quite difficult for family with stroller and big luggages. Overall it's a great hotel.

The overall ambiance and value for money met my expectations, but the mold condition in the shower was more serious than anticipated, which I believe needs improvement. Additionally, the commonly mentioned issue of weak water pressure is another area that, if addressed, would naturally improve the overall rating.

This hotel has a great location, near many beautiful pagodas and temples in the old town. Nearby there are also restaurants, bars, and convenience stores and pharmacies. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are very new and very clean.

Super buena relación calidad precio. Habitación mega amplia con todo tipo de detalles necesarios y también para hacer cómoda la estancia. Todo muy limpio. Personal atento. Decir también que el primer día se les pasó pero el segundo día de mi estancia si que cumplieron con una petición especial para mi desayuno (alergia al gluten). Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y también nos solucionaron. Está en una zona super céntrica, no calle principal pero si de tránsito con ruido de personas y coches pero a su vez hace muy cómodo ir andando a todos los lugares de interés. Hay muchas zonas de restauración cercanas en especial una al lado ”Hi Tony” súper amable el señor, comida rica y buen precio.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The double bed rooms are brilliant. Location is amazing, easy to walk to plenty of markets for food. Within 2 minutes walk is some very highly rated restaurants.

Great services, clean, very comfortable beds. - Hot water did not work well. The temperature outside was 17°C. - the elevator parks in between the floors. We had to carry luggage either upstairs or downstairs. There was no ramp to roll luggage from the elevator to the room.

lobby is nice and clean. note there are no lifts for this place so if that’s an issue then… it’s an issue for the price point, it’s indeed value for money. walking distance to tha pae gate, lots of shops and massage places around no kettle in room but there is a hot water dispenser on ground floor to fill. mind the steps in the room too no complaints for the price paid. good for a one night stay

We were there for 4 nights, over New Years. Location is great, it's at the edge of Old City and a short driving distance to Nimman (where you can find lots of great cafes and eateries). Amenities are as advertised and the room looked exactly as in photos. We did however, encounter a few issues during our stay: - 2/4 pillows didn't have covers as the laundry shop hadn't delivered the clean ones in time, so we used towels over the pillow for a night. We were given the fresh covers the next morning. - The toilet bowl kept making weird flushing sounds throughout the night (and day, though we were mostly out) and we were greeted by unpleasant surprises sometimes. I believe it's a plumbing issue which the staff said they'll look into. Understandably, this is a new hotel, so there are definitely issues that may arise in the beginning. Other things to note/suggestions for the manager or owner: - 2 hair dryers are shared amongst the 8 rooms, so it's first-come-first-serve at the check-in counter. This can be rather inconvenient for all guests and the staff. The latter had to knock on the doors to collect the hair dryer back for other guests. - The room doesn't have a mirror, except for a small one in the bathroom. I acknowledge that it is not a necessity for most people, but having one in the room would be a nice touch. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly (they gifted us a snack basket for the New Years!). I'd recommend this hotel.
