Upon check-in we were told that they didn’t have 2 single beds available in our pool access room, even though we requested it when booking. The hotel didn’t inform us that they didn’t have 2 single beds available before our arrival, we wouldn’t have chose this hotel had we found out that they didn’t have 2 single beds. They said they were overbooked. They did offered us extra bed at no additional charge. However my mum found a dead cockroach on our bathroom floor when she woke up. It is such a shock that a cockroach exist in a 4 star hotel, hugely disappointed in terms of hygiene! Also there are lots of geckos/lizards on the wall! The only good thing about this hotel is the easy access to swimming pool from my room to pool. Next time I will choose a 5 star hotel instead of 4 star.

Hotel Location Is very convenient and close to the town . Night market is just walking distance. We have great massage at the hotel spa. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety and delicious, served with hot and cold dishes, waffle and chorus , hash brown is very crunchy. Room is tidy and clean. Hotel is new. We have great time there . We will come back again.

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

設施：非常全應有盡有 衛生：很乾凈 工作人員凌晨4:00左右就在掃院子衛生 因為我每天這個時間起來打坐 正好看到在門前掃地 環境：漂亮美麗大氣 服務：正常獨立式服務（沒有非常跪舔的那種）但是當你找到他們有事情的事情也會全新幫助解決，得知我需要蚊香每天燃盡之後不需提醒都會主動添加 入住前看到上麪剛剛被差評吐槽空調和服務，也很擔心空調不夠製冷，畢竟中午太熱，但是入住之後發現空調賊好，還有風扇，女生怕涼的開風扇也很夠用，一早一晚不用空調都很涼爽～ 再重點誇讚洗護用品 ，我個人認為比愛馬仕和其他一些大牌洗護都好用，我準備買他們家的洗護用品回家用，洗後頭發和皮膚都非常柔軟。缺點：牙刷不太好用 太硬太大。 男朋友去健身房跑步了 我沒進去看 應該還不錯 泳池非常贊，旁邊貼心放着防晒霜和冰水，且重點來了 泳池周圍好像開了空調，還遮陽，和其他酒店露天泳池不一樣，中午去游泳照樣很舒胡～ 最後讚美我大愛的早餐，我是素食者，且喜歡食生，和綠汁，這個酒店完美的超出我的期待，早餐綠汁、橄欖油浸蔬菜、水蒸蔬菜、沙拉等應有盡有，並且麵包賊好吃、小小酸奶杯也賊好吃，正常泰餐每一天不同樣的變給你做，超地道的好吃，因為用的食材和調料好，所以比外麪泰餐廳要好吃很多，另外餐廳提供午餐晚餐裏有泰餐和西餐可以單點，也非常好吃。 旁邊就是白天可以逛瓦洛洛市場，晚上出來河邊走走吹風看日落，河邊還有谷歌評分很高的saiping餐吧，歌手唱歌很好聽，泰餐也正宗，但是沒酒店的好吃，附近還有幾個很棒的設計師店可以逛，晚上酒吧一條街，白天也有yoga館～ 比起曼寧路，鴿子牆那邊的酒店，我最愛這裏，完全可以跟因疫情倒閉的另一個很納蘭風格的酒店dhard dhevi放在一個級別了。性價比來說就划算多了 還沒住過古迹酒店，都不太想去嘗試了 以後來清邁肯定選這個

Out of the lobby you can walk to the Night Bazaar immediately. About 7 minutes walk to the Food Market where there's live music performances. Monday to Friday are the best nights while Sunday most of the restaurants are closed. About 30 minutes walk from the right side of the lobby you can reach the Old Ciity Wall. It is romantic with the night lighting. There's quite a selection of western, Thai and Chinese food from the hotel breakfast buffet.
