Hotel ini hebat! Saya sangat menghargai layanan mesra daripada kakitangan, yang menjadikan penginapan kami lebih menyeronokkan. Hotel ini baru dan kelihatan hebat, menyediakan suasana yang segar dan moden. Kawasan ini hebat, dengan banyak restoran yang bagus dan tempat urut berdekatan. Kami mempunyai pengalaman yang indah dan benar-benar menikmati masa kami di sana. Sangat mengesyorkan!

The floor drain in the shower room is not good (very slow) and the swimming pool is very small

Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

Great location. Cafe, shopping mall, foods within walking distance. As long as you are not worried about the noise from airplanes, it would be a great choice!

This hotel is new and the room is nice. Location is great coz it’s near to a lot of restaurants and the famous journal shop. Hotel need a cash deposit of $1000baht. And pls take note, they don’t allow taking of their bedroom slippers home as I believe they recycle them. If I know earlier that they re-use the bedroom slippers, I won’t have wore them as I don’t think it’s hygienic.

the hosptiality provided by both the front desk and bell service staff was exceptional and friendly. all of them communicated proficiently in English. A special shout out to the front desk member "Meen", who offered valuable travel and restaurant tips.

Nice new accommodation in business area, breakfast in a near by sister hotel

Location is great, hotel is clean. Was assigned to Tower C and need to walk out from front desk to our tower. A bit quiet when going back at night from the lift to our room.

Nowhere close to be a 5 star hotel, location is decent but everything else is probably at max a 3 star. Toilet keeps blocking for no reason.

Great hotel in a very good location, 3 minute walk from lots of restaurants/bars/stores. It’s also very close to a large shopping mall. The hotel itself is about 30 minutes taxi ride from most major tourist attractions in the area, we always booked through Klook who mostly picked up from the hotel lobby or a few minutes walk away

I recently stayed at the newly opened Stay Collection Chiang Mai for 3 nights and was so impressed with the comfort that I extended my stay for an additional 3 nights. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Nimman, close to many good restaurants, trendy cafes and shops. One Nimman and Maya Mall are within walking distance. The staff were helpful, though their interactions were minimal and lacked warmth. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, likely due to a low occupancy rate. A bit pricey, especially since many facilities are still under construction. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The room is clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff is friendly. I would like to stay there again.
