Hotel ini cantik dengan pokok besar yang menawan di dalamnya. Kami memilih hotel kerana ia terletak dengan baik di bandar lama - sangat mudah untuk segala-galanya (termasuk 7-11 dan pasar Ahad) Bilik kami adalah yang kecil tanpa tab mandi, tetapi dihias dengan baik. Sarapan disajikan dengan baik dan lazat. Perkhidmatan ini benar-benar penuh perhatian - ia adalah hotel butik jadi perkhidmatannya berbeza dengan cara yang baik.

Kembali ke sini untuk kali kedua.
Selepas mendaftar masuk 1 jam, kakitangan escake datang ke bilik. Ia sangat comel. Saya sangat kagum. Sarapan pagi yang lazat. Terdapat juga set minum petang yang indah.

Staff are extremely helpful especially Mr Dear always checking our Grab bookings and let us sit in the lobby while he look out for our car to arrive. Always readily recommend places to go upon request. Staff at the restaurant are so amazing, they are so attentive and remember our special requests and for the next few days served us according what we requested on day one. We appreciate Ms Chanya, Mr Jommy and their team for their first class service. Hotel location is good , 15 min walk to weekend night markets and 15 min drive to most malls.

Exceptional stay at the Inside House. Service of the all was exceptional. Food and the room were fantastic. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we will definitely revisit next time.

I had a great time here. Room , amenities and location were all wonderful. At first you're not quite sure what to expect as it is different to all the 5 star hotels. But the charm lies in the staffs service and ability to make this feel like a home for you. Also, Breakfast and afternoon tea (included) were all so special. Would come back in a heart beat.
(Ps they knew I had a 6am flight and would miss breakfast, so they prepared me a special breakfast box to go at checkout. Unbeatable service)

Two nights, glasspool + waterfall, the reception lady and the girl who transferred me from one to the other are very lofty. She speaks very fast and impatient, asked me if she needed to explain the room policy again, apparently she didn’t want to, as she is not native English speaker, maybe speaks slower and clearer making better sense, although my race is Asian but I had educated and worked in English the last 8 years.

The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

This hotel is really amazing! The level of detailed service they offer is quite impeccable! Breakfast was amazing, and they even offer complimentary afternoon tea. All very high quality! Really worth trying if you are planning to stay in the Old City.

I’m in love with this place. Really convenient location and, walking into the property, you feel like you’re in another world. It’s a gorgeous and peaceful place.
I have never stayed anywhere with such thoughtful attention to detail. For example: they gave me a “welcome back” cake as well as a hand-written note on my most recent visit which was impressive considering my last stay was almost 4 years ago! Upon checkout, they prepared a little sandwich for me for the taxi ride to Pai (which they also facilitated).
The afternoon tea is delightful as is the breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Everyone is so lovely and helpful and kind. I feel truly taken care of when I’m here and am looking forward to my next visit.
