Good hotel to recommend in Chiang Mai

Value for money. The restaurant runs buffet breakfast only.

The room is smaller than I expected and not many facilities so a bit run down hotel.

Was a great time ,

while rated 4 stars (and I'm not picky) perhaps deserved for the lobby, the room was a walk up using stairs with a shower that drained so slowly that had to limit to under a minute or risk flooding the bedroom, i alerted reception and while the person seemed attentive was apparently not impressed as no one came up to look leading me to believe it's unfixable, location wise close proximity to MAYA mall which has a nice food options and some cool restaurants with seemingly different music every night

The room is clean. Location is good. It near MAYA mall and university of Chiangmai. Staffs are very friendly

Good location, no stairs to compact rooms, but only 3 floors. Good for the price. Nothing fancy to expect.

Renovated old hotel, clean, moderate service, no hair dryer but can borrow from the housekeeper, good location, feel safe, recommend

Overall for my opinion for this hotel is nice though furnitures are quite old. the carpet in the corridor has the smell.

Overall, good. But the buildings and rooms are abit old.

Everything in gym is broken, only things that works is 1 bike and dumbbells/barbell/ obviously. All 4 other machienes don't work and the treadmill + two bikes Restaurant/cafe wasn't open the 5 days I was there and all the ammedities are closed 24/7. Only used for show on the pictures Overall room is okay minus fact there is no hairdryer and water provided is very small. Pool is good but no towels provided and sauna is broken Very creepy and deserted place, hundreds of rooms but only a few guests and only 1 member of staff at most for most of day Its okay for price but the creepy atmosphere and broke ammedities let it down so don't be fooled 2/5

Fairly basic and good price. Conditions a bit old, eg leaky tap in bathroom and air con noisy.
